Exceeding Recommended Usage Time

I was curious, with a program that recommends 3-6 months usage time and you decide to continue listening for say up to year, can changes still occur after 6 months or are you just wasting time? If anything, can listening for one year straight produce and solidfy absolute results? (dealing with EPRHA in particular)

Most people could benefit from more than 6 months of using a program, as we have recently seen in posts about people using programs for years on end. The results keep coming, as the deeper and deeper changes are made by the program saturating the deeper and deeper subconscious. Is there a point at which the changes are no longer obvious, dramatic, exciting? Most likely. But the longer you use a program (according to the instructions) the better the results will be.
