I finished AM6 on August 10th and started Maximum Learning Speed the same day. I'm also using Ultra Motivation, but that's getting low priority.
I listen to MLS ultrasonic for ~8 hours while sleeping, and 4 hours stream during the day. I might reduce it to three hour of listening to stream to give UM a little more time, but I haven't decided yet.
I'm listening to UM as much as I can for the remainder of the day. Some days it's been 4-5 hours, and one day so far it has been 0 hours; so it definitely is inconsistent and not according to the rules. I just want to listen to it a bit here and there because I think (and hope) it would at least help a little bit.
I don't have anything very concrete and uber noticeable so far to report. But I have been quite productive lately with educational activities. I've been in the process of learning card-counting for blackjack, but was slacking at it towards the end of AM6. Since starting MLS I've been putting in the hours required to practice and I'm hoping in about a month (it depends on how much I practice obviously) I'll be ready to go to the casino.
I've also been putting in more time than usual playing/practicing guitar. I have never learned to play an entire song, let alone even 10 percent of a song. I've just learned the basic chords and the main riff of dozens of different songs. But yesterday and today I've started learning a full song and will probably have it fully memorized in 3 more days. Yes it is a very very very easy song, but I don't even care.
I've also finished reading a book if you can believe it. I don't read typically, but I've been into it lately will be going through my list and backlog of books I "wanted" to read.
And finally, a long time ago, I loaded "My List" on Netflix full of documentaries, and I've actually been watching them this week. And I actually want to pay attention to them.
Once school starts in two weeks (mechanical engineering major) this sub will really be put to the test.
