E3 upgrade

E3 is the foundation for all, I think there should be an updated version with FRM 4.9 asap until E4 can be made, if there will be an E4.
I don't know what this would be called, E3 5.75g?

It would just be E4. Shannon has said he may make it at some stage, but he will have to comment further.

E4 has to be created as part of upgrading LTU6. After the program I'm building, work on LTU6 begins. As a result, E4 will probably be released during the process of building LTU6.
