Just wanted to that can a dreamcatcher conflict those dreams??

My first dream catcher was 2 dream catchers in one. Kind of this style My grandma bought it for me because I used to have nightmares a lot as a child. I stopped having nightmares. Now I listen to subs and have a different dream catcher and I still have the occasional nightmares that I attribute to the OGSF sub.
