There's more. I've noticed increased attention from dudes. I don't mean in a gay way, I see them looking at me and then look away real quick. It's a status thing, and it's happened many times so far. In fact, I noticed this effect on the first day and before any attention from women came.
Sexual Attractiveness is raw value according to Tyler from RSD, so I think the attention is a recognition of value as you would recognize a valuable leader in your tribe. That's the thing with this run, I've noticed absolutely no AMOG or hostility from men. That would happen when I was running a lower number of loops.
DMSI changes your personality. It suppresses aspects of you that are not sexy is somewhat alarming when you notice it. For instance I'm more quiet and measured with my words and the topics I speak about since starting. Reflecting back, my big mouth and the things I was interested in were turning girls off. So it's a good thing that I'm getting rid of that, but it's weird when I realize I'm not behaving like I usually do and for brief moments I worry if its a bad thing. Ultimately it's making me more sexy and that's what I paid for.
On a final note, the volume of hot girls I see on a daily basis has definitely increased. It's so bizarre I want to reject what I'm seeing, or I think it's placebo or whatever. But there has always been hot girls around that I would bang since starting DMSI!
