One loop of MSI completed. No noticeable changes as of yet although there is one thing I'm noticing but I'd rather not comment on it until I continue about my day and confirm it.
I didn't expect anything mindblowing just yet anyway so it's all good. Hitting the gym later, I'll see what happens. I'm going to stick with Shannon's protocol of one loop for the next 5 days.
In the past when I used NSFM I would get no results initially while listening but gradually over the next couple hours the effects would drastically build up until I was in a zone.
