    Hybrid is ultrasonic and masked layered in one. It's technically the most powerful file, but that depends. If you're someone who hates being told what to do then it can come across too forceful and in that case something that's more gentle like ocean surf would be better. But if you can handle it then it's going to be the most powerful version for you.

You don't need to listen in a meditative state, you can listen while doing other things other than what the warnings say.

In masked the sound of the script have been lowered and masked behind the sound of the see or the water. Ultrasonic is not about the volume is about the frequencies, high frequencies that your subconscious can hear and understand. And in the hybrid you have both, masked and ultrasonic together. That's why is the most powerful, but may or not be the best depending the person.
