Been having issues sleeping so ended up waking up late on Tuesday and something possessed me to call in sick. Fully did everything I could the following day to get adequate sleep on time and taking sleeping pills etc but the same thing happened again and I needed sleep so badly that I somehow must've turned off my alarms without realising because next thing I know, my subconscious woke me only 3 minutes before I was due to start at work... I had to ring in sick again for good measure.

I guess I must've really needed the extra rest. Unfortunately with my schedule there's no way I can get 8 hours back to back of listening completely during the day. I'll have to be more careful with it from now on and plan smarter.

Yesterday marked my first week of DMSI and today onwards is my 3 days of rest.

Somehow managed to outsell everybody else again today at work, so today was good. Minor celebrity effect seems to be kicking in. I'm autopiloting a lot at various points throughout the day and my IDGAF factor is seriously sky high. Wittiness and general sense of humour seems much sharper. I'm finding myself doing or saying things without thinking at all, just saying what I think in the moment and I'm worried I might end up being a bit of a douche.

I was having a joke with a girl at work on my way out today, whereby I was making a sexual gesture thrusting motion with my fingers and she was laughing, just generally being silly and embracing that sort of childish ability to have fun.
Some guy looked at me bad and said "that's inappropriate don't do it" and without thinking I find myself laughing "woah watch out for the white knight over here, protector of womens' virtue".

Overall I'm having moments like these where I seem to be executing and not giving a toss. I'm just concerned I might come across arrogant or whatever in the process and annoy other guys.

I'm reading Jordan Belfort's Straight Line System book at the moment and am finding myself employing the tactic more of being sharp, on the ball and controlling the call from the get go to establish my ground. This seems to be working well, as he explains people will subconsciously view and treat you as an expert from the beginning and challenge you less. The amount of policies I now sell at full price has increased as a result, and I have less people who need to "shop around" or try and haggle a discount.

I'm sure DMSI is affecting these other areas of my life to extent. One of the most important facets to help with it is seminal retention and abstinence from pornography/masturbation in general. This alone will decrease your general anxiety by 70% and peak your testosterone levels somewhere around 50% higher.

UPDATE:

I did forget to mention that I woke up to having been "poked" by some random lady on Facebook. Didn't even realise people do that anymore, last poke I received must've been years ago. Open loading the notification itself on my phone there was no record of it having happened on Facebook. Weird.

Day 9:

One who sits opposite me has been talking to me a lot more and we've started flirting. She made a couple sexual references.

Another girl was flirting with me saying we're getting married whether I like it or not.

Just been unmatched by my most attractive Tinder match so far after jokingly saying that I wasn't smart enough for university so I'm stuck in sales in response to her asking what I study. Never had a reaction like that before. Frustrating, thought DMSI would have the opposite effect and make conversation flow more naturally. This has just highlighted why I really hate online dating game and the hoops you have to jump through to chat a girl up. It feels like such a waste of time and effort just to have sex or meet women; something which I feel entitled to an abundance of naturally.

Now I feel frustrated, but I will power through for a few more weeks.

I've been reading through the instructions again and I'm hoping Shannon or someone else can advise:

It states you must listen to exactly 8 loops consecutively without any interruption at all or else you'll break the "arsm value" (not really sure what that is or why it would make such a huge difference) and drastically decrease results.

I start playing my 8 loops usually 2-4 hrs before sleeping then allow them to continue playing while sleeping to ensure I wake up having had at least 2 or 3 hours of sleeps after the subliminals stop. During the evening though I may occasionally pause the track and go to use the bathroom, get a drink, smoke a cigarette etcetera.

Is having these brief breaks really making a huge difference and decreasing its effectiveness. If so, and out of curiosity, why?

I hope I'm not misunderstanding what it means to get 8 loops in completely uninterrupted, but unless I only listen with earphones before sleeping to ensure I'm still receiving uninterrupted subliminals playing in to my mind while I leave my room, I think it would be difficult, as I have a newer model iPhone whereby you can't connect both earphones and a charger at the same time if the need should arise.

Any feedback would be appreciated as I intend to receive maximum benefit from this program and do it properly.

Last night I switched to Hybrid. Today I felt really spaced out and "not with it" at various points. I also suddenly felt aura burning really hot at one point. The office temperature was optimal however I suddenly felt my whole head and my hands burning up seriously hot all over.

Finding myself becoming increasingly flirty and seductive naturally. Something told me to look left at one point whilst at my desk and I noticed one of the hot girls who's chased after by people (we shall call her D) sat at her desk but turned round facing me just staring at me as if in a dream. I caught her looking and winked at her. She loved it.

Later on whilst on the phone to a colleague I saw her walking around and shouted authoritatively "D come here."
She came over and stood next to me and asked what's up, I just smiled at her and said I wanted her company, put my arm around her lower back and held her close next to me whilst continuing talking on the phone to a colleague.

Earlier before that I had gone to speak to another colleague from a seperate department who sits opposite her and she was butting in asking what I was doing to get my attention. I found myself teasing her again touching her neck and face and telling her how hot she feels.

Overall I find I'm becoming very touchy feely and more naturally seductive flirty with girls who I know are receptive to it and interested.

Last couple days have been great.

High vibes, absolute state control, walking taller with my head and shoulders back and with a purposeful but composed stride. Respect from others going up. Celebrity effect beginning to kick in at times. The slight nod of head, nervous shifting of posture, and taking a step back to hold doors open for me and allow me to enter first from other men.

With girls, inhibitions are dropping and natural connections and moments seem to be happening. There was a girl working with an amazing big butt at a restaurant. Whilst waiting for a table to come free she turned her back and butt to fully face me with slowly lifted her jeans up whilst shaking her hips side to side in an overt way. At one point in the middle of the meal my entire body starting heating up strongly again and I felt my consciousness changing. Felt high in a new way. State shifting again?

At a bar I saw a girl I hadn't seen since school - now 7/8 years or so. Whilst walking past my table I looked up at her with a natural smirk on my face and she smiled exaggeratedly and waved. After this happened a couple of times she came to our table to ask if everything was okay with the meal. On leaving my friend said "she had her eyes all over you".

At the barber today I had an attractive older lady with a very Kardashianesque booty cutting my hair also. She was heavily investing into conversation with me and even asked where I lived locally and commented that she lives close. Seemed really animated and happy to speak with me.

Things are changing within me. I'm more actively flirty, dominant and alpha. Not aggressively being chased as such but women are speaking to me and adhering to me in a a more specific kind of way which seems to be indicating respect and being viewed as a higher social status. In a sense a lot of my interactions seem to have more a vibe of being deferred to rather than simply spoken to in kind. At this point it seems impossible to start laying out small examples because my entire paradigm and reality is shifting overall so I can't necessarily pinpoint specifics.

There's a certain wider look in a lot of girls' eyes when they look at me now, and many girls seem keen to see me.
