Something interesting that's been happening a lot lately is every time I encounter an irrational or negative self-limiting thought or belief or fear, i consciously "realize" and "discover" why that fear or thought or belief is irrational and/or not a big deal or whatever. That's the best I can explain it. Very interesting.
On a side note, 18-yr old minx responded to my last text a day late, saying just "hey". I said "hey whatsup" back 2 minutes later (probably givin her a sign of possible eagerness from me), and then she didn't respond yet still, and its been 22 hours at this point. I stayed silent because I was pretty sure she was just testing me to see where my heads at. When she responds this time I'm gonna wait a full 30 hours to respond to play it cool. Even if she knows I'm trying to play it cool because I played it semi-uncool by responding 2 minutes later, I feel like it's the good thing to do (responding to her next text after a full 30 hrs).
Or maybe i should do it late, but not later than hers, so it minimizes the possibility of her thinking I'm responding late for the sole purpose of playing it cool to makeup for my eagerness before?
What you guys think?
