I just encountered an INTENSE shit test that was designed to shake my core and beta-zone me. Not only did I pass it, I'm LAUGHING to myself in an evil maniacal way at my successful passing of this shit test. Why is it notable? Because instead of feeling undermined or shook up after encountering / passing this shit test (like it's designed to), I'M LAUGHING MANIACALLY!!!! The most gratifying part about it is that she's not used to being turned down . So when I said no to her asking me to do her taxes, she got pissed and was like "fine I'll ask someone at the office to do it for me tomorrow", and I said "okay"

Interesting question. From what I'm noticing, the results are best during the "bloom" phase. I got the best results from version B when I deliberately spaced the listening 36 hours apart. I generally have a very low anxiety thanks to lots of work on internals. At my best, I'm witty and sharper than a knife. At my worst, I'm a mess. I'm usually a mess when I am exhausted. Sleep and good nutrition is a must. I'm currently at 72 hours after my last loops of B.

yep i was going through exactly this last night. it's the chronicles of ridiculous -_- especially since it had been over 84 hrs since finishing my loops.


I'm at about 96 hrs now. I am still having trouble waking up in the morning lol.

As long as I am in script acceptance (rather than resistance), I'm unstoppable and ultra confident without a pang of anxiety. I feel much calmer in any situation, including stressful ones.

DMSI worked something FIERCE on one girl (~84 hrs into the bloom). We both spoke on the phone last night about really being into each other, but not being in a relationship for practical reasons. And it's true, the chemistry between us is undeniably powerful, people in the community ask us all the time if we're together. But the DMSI bloom really tossed this chunk of reality at me last night, since I had been so adamant about it.

DMSI: FINE eternity, if you're not gonna accept this reality on a silver platter, i'll f***in slam you in the face with it!

The take away from this is that I'm so stuck on believing a certain way that when clear evidence presents itself that something else is true, I subconsciously hold onto my faulty belief for some reason or another and block the new evidence. DESPITE CONSCIOUSLY WANTING TO ACCEPT THE EVIDENCE AS TRUE. I guess there's still way more clearing remaining

Whatever the case may be, we arranged a camping trip for next weekend, and we'll both be in the same tent


The bloom seems to PEAK between 72 & 84 hrs for me. I have a hunch that the bloom starts decaying at a rate of about 50% every 3 days. For me, anyway.
