More updates:
- I noticed again that tiredness/fatigue starts 6-8 hours after finishing the 5 loop set.
- I again got really really tired today and have been feeling like spending time by myself - indoors. Could have gone out and done something, but I decided to go home after work, instead.
- Tried to resist going to sleep by running errands, but eventually gave in about 2.5 hours before my usually bed time. Woke up a couple of times in the middle of night and eventually had about 7 hours of sleep in total.
- I couldn't test after how long the effects of sub wore off as I didn't stay awake for that long. I had another thought though... for some reason ever since starting 5 loops of v2.4 I haven't been able to sleep much. I do sleep - but never for more than 3-4 hours continuously.
- I'm still trying to think whether it's the increased sleep requirements of 5.5g or if it's something else. For now I'll try to go to bed early, but the fact that I'm more or less useless from a productivity perspective after in the late afternoons/evenings is bothering me a bit.
