Day 75 no pain

Day 76 no pain
Past period clearity around sick/ill making patterns in my life. Just making clear subs are not "wish fullfilled" it is changing your thought pattern and you are the one who have the choice to take action.

Day 77 no pain I am so glad that I started with this sub. Thank you Shannon for making the subs.
There is a lot changed and I am working to on positive changes around my health.
So many patterns become clear/visible since I started with this sub.
I am working disciplined on new patterns in my life.

Day 78 no pain productive day today.

Day 79 no pain productive day today. Emo a bit down.

Day 80 no pain productive day. Till the end of the afternoon a bit down

Day 81 no pain relaxt and happy day

Day 82 no pain great day today even when I was confronted with one of my usual biggest fears "the dentist" Everything went great :-)

Day 83 I woke up because of a heavy bleeding nose. Although it wasn't "my fault"
I did feel clumsy. Strange! Then I've been sleep for some hour and had a weird dream.
I woke and again very tired and again I had a bleeding nose. Try to make the best of it.

Day 84 Tired but no pain today

Day 85 Bleeding nose been, thinking a lot about the house we live in. No pain today.

No I did not feel pain during and after the dental procedures. I did get a local anesthesia.

I am know at day 88. It's a weird idea that I am already listing to this sub for near 3 months. Time has gone very fast! I am proud about myself that even it where not the easiest times, I did have the persistence to listen to the sub each night.

The reason I asked about the dentist is because that should not have been a form of pain that was affected, as it is not chronic or useless pain. But local anesthetic would have prevented you from knowing how the program affected that.

and I want to make them natural and habitual.
The reason why I am thinking about it is because I haven't confidence and I have no trust in my body. I "hear" that little voice and feel that fear that everything will come back. Should I listen to the sub longer to get more confidence around my health and body.

I'm no authority on this subject in terms of physical pain and I have no idea how Shannon will answer but in my perception after you hit 120 days I think you should try one of the other physical subs to aid in healing your body overall.

Between those 3 I think you can really get your body back to where you want to be. My suggestion nothing more.

Day 86 Great productive day, nose bleedings, no pain today.

Day 87 Great productive day, little nose bleeding, no pain today.

Day 88 In the night I woke up because of a heavy bleeding nose.
Today a great productive day. Wish all these days could be so great and productive.

Day 90 Productive day. No Pain.

Day 91 My monthly period started. Hmm wish it could write all down in English
easily. Normally my monthly period is like ..... but all went well
Thanks to the sub I got more insight in what helps me to feel vital and healthy
I felt great today and had a productive day and no pain.

I suggest that if you want to prevent it from coming back, that you should eventually use either Overcoming Fear or Overcoming Guilt, Shame and Fear, possibly with Improve Your Health.

My last up date around the CUPR sub. Today is the day that I stop listing to the CUPR

First Shannon I want to thank you very much for making this sub. A lot has changed since I started listing to this sub.

Day 92 headache today, took a painkiller and further a nice and productive day.

Day 93 an off day today .......

Day 94 feeling better today no pain

Day 95 good productive day no pain
I also know what I would love as a next change in my life.

Yes it is true I did feel a huge fear to stop with the CUPR and start with the OGFS (LOL).
Today I decided to quit with the CUPR sub and start with the OGFS

I started with the sub because of back pain and painful monthly periods.

What has changed since I started with the CUPR
-No more back-pain
-Physical easier monthly periods and more awareness of energetic vulnerability around my monthly period.
-Clarity around sick making patterns
-Insight in more healthy food patterns that has a huge influence on my physicality and health
-Processed the most intense grief of my life
-I was already walking a lot but my physicality needs more exercise, walking in nature has influence on my physicality and health
-the last change while listing to this sub is that I created much more structure in my life

and I add today 11 Feb that I found also something natural to help me with my nose bleedings and sinus.
