As long as you don't re-encode them. They come to you as .mp3 and you can decode them into AIFF or WAV format to make a standard audio CD from. Making an mp3 CD is also fine... just as long as you don't try to encode or re-encode them as .mp3. Saving them as mp3 will destroy the subliminal audio.
