We are in the process of making this and would like some feedback. So far I have got these questions combined from this thread and what I have thought of.

Subliminal Programs FAQ –
-How do I make a cd from my downloads?
-What can I expect from each stage of the Alpha Male program?
-How many subliminals can I use at one time and what types?
-How long can I use brainwave entrainment for?
-How on earth do I make a choice with so many programs!?
-What exactly are these 3g/4g/5g things?
-What is HST and SOS and OE? (can be put in acronyms section)
-Can you please make (insert program idea here)?
-How do I order a custom subliminal? What are the benefits?
-What are the benefits of ordering a "name embed"?
-Where do I find complete scripts?
-English is not my primary language, will subliminals work for me?
-How long do you have to listen to a subliminal before their effects become long term or permanent?

-I love your stuff, how can I become an affiliate?
-What are your affiliate terms and conditions?

And included will be a glossary of terms that people may be confused by. Such as SOS, HST etc. I am working on putting that together but any suggestions are welcome.

Feel free to use my acronyms FAQ however you see fit.

Why not categorizing them? For easier indexing and for a more organized look. Although a complete faq is needed, I believe a more detailed and complete Instructions manual will counter the need for a complete Faq. Some people, I believe do not want to read pages of instructions, im seeing a lot of posts asking if I can combine this sub with that sub, just simply reading the entire instruction and some posts of Shannon will give them the answer. The best faq for me, is the forum itself.

1. General Subliminal FAQs
What are subs?
Why and how subs work?
What is resistance?
When not to use subs?
Age Limitations to using sub?
How to use the subs properly?
Will this sub work with all people?
etc...
2. Equipment and Safety Faqs
What speakers will work with this sub?
What kind of mp3 players are needed?
Are Ultrasonic subs safe with pets?
3. Product Specific FAQs
a. AM
what if I missed a day?
b. SM
c. etc.
4. Download Faqs
How long does my download expire?
Why does my download expire?
My harddrive crashed and I needed to download the files, what to do?
I am getting this error while downloading?
Etc..
5. Technical issues
I ordered but got no link?
I mistakenly ordered this sub..
4. Refund Policy Faq
What if it does not work?
How to get a refund?

So I have nearly all of the FAQ done with the questions included so far.

I've been working on updating and adding to the FAQ that Ben compiled. We would love feedback and suggestions on how to improve it.

First off I wanted to say I am really impressed with the FAQ! I think a lot of the questions that have been asked over and over have been addressed in the FAQ. I did want to point out something minor, there is a grammar mistake in "Do you have a list of recommended speakers or headphones?" The word "their" is spelled wrong. There is one thing that I think should be added where it says "Specific Subliminals," it describes what to expect during each stage of AM. I think there should be something similar for WM so people have a general idea of each stage in that program. Other than that, great job!!

Haha good ideas, but I personally like the mystery of seeing how the programs turn out as I have so much confidence in Shannon's subs and my receptive personality, the final goal is all I really focus on.

I love the look of the FAQ page. My only suggestion is to properly brand the layout so it remains consistant with the forum/IML store sites. I know Subliminal-talk and the store site differ in design and color but the overal brand with the blues and the logo are there and I believe the FAQ page should be branded properly. I'm guessing Andrew's already got that set up for when it goes live

Either way.. I would just add the Logo up at the top with FAQ in fancy script letters and change the color of the "Contact Us" button at the top to blue.
