Huh. I thought it implied it's going to be pre-filtering people who are in committed relationships from being targeted by the user (or something to this extent), not preventing the user who *is* in a committed relationship from attempting to target people who are outside of the bounds of the relationship.
Because that would indeed be something new.
That’s how I’ve been reading that. If you use it when you’re in a relationship, it’s an informed choice, and the consequences are on you. The targets didn’t sign on for it so there is some obligation to limit harm to them and their significant others. That about right?
