Day 5

no noticeable results in either end.

A girl I met a while back once suddenly entered into my life again. It's mostly through chat but I'll see if it leads to anything.

Found out the Korean girl I was into is 29. Cougerville here I come lol.

Had to retake a mock interview for my communications class. The difference between both instances are so vast that it surprised everyone in the class.

The first time, I was on E2 and I became a stuttering mess. I was so nervous that i literally choked on air in front of the interviewers and the whole class. Even the discussion went haywire.

Second time, I felt this incredible calm despite knowing it is inprov. Me and a couple of people went outside and waited for each of us to come in. Everyone around me was very nervous and I oddly wasn't at all. It was so strange even to me. I kept saying "I should be nervous but I'm not. What is going on?". I felt this incredible calmness and neutrality.

When it was my turn, I approached the mock interviewers and it felt incredibly natural. All the guidelines in terms of mannerisms are remembered and executed. The questions were answered smoothly with relativity small hiccups. The professor threw in quick questions but it didn't faze my flow at all. Sure my voice projection isn't the best but that's how I am. The surprise question, intended to throw people off because if the potential for random questions, didn't faze at all. I actually gave a really professional answer. The professor gave me big points on mannerisms.

I think the sub cleared out the blockages that helped me with high stress situations.

Edit: who can forget about eye contact? Eye contact was solid. Multiple interviewers? Yep still solid eye contact.

Noticing there is a subtle shift in how I look. Its almost intangible I cant quite explain what it is but its a good thing.

Day 7

First loop of ultrasonic, I quite literally felt my mind flip a very powerful switch. It was like DMSI switched to aura generation and I slipped into a powerful trance and I felt energy flood from head to toe like a battery charging. Extremely vivid and visceral.

Also had a cam girl that goes to my college add me on social media.
Edit: cam girl seem like a bot......
Edit 2: it looks like I woke up when my loops finished....at 3 am....

This is something really interesting.

Read her book and it was really good. Vulnerability is all about being authentic and genuine and just speaking your truth. I feel that I have reached that level in the current version of myself and the book helped reinforce the notion to have no fear and be open.

When we find ourselves and live our live on authenticity amazing things happen (from attracting the right people to opportunities etc).

Without derailing this journal, I have been contemplating reading Brene Brown's book's but was put off with the fact thry may conflict with Entrepreneurship goals.

Are they comimentary AbundanceCH?

I read her book and i'm running BASE. Yes they are complementary because her book deals a lot with dissolving fear. Fear is one of the main blocks to our success.
