since my last post I would say that I am feeling like I have less interest in people in general as I don't feel like I want to socialise with anyone. I have little interest in women, feel like I am becoming more closed off towards women like I don't really care or have any interest in them probably a defence mechanism.

I really wanted to go back to 2.1 as I felt that was the best version for me I felt confident and good about myself got some interest from women. the only downside was I felt exhausted. unfortunately I deleted that version.

another week and I'm ready for 3.1 B

what I actually meant was that I would have reached 1 month of A then can move onto B

but that is a good question, I don't really know the answer to that. do I need more healing? or should I move onto B and see what happens? that's something for me to think about.

I did take a break from this sub and did 6 months of E2 that really didn't do a whole lot for me. the clearing in this sub seems to make me depressed.

Depression is a sign you're not done. Shannon has said what your trying to resist causes the depression, anxiety and when it's healed you have a break through in your mind because that thing that you resisted so bad it felt like you would die if you die it, is no longer an issue for you.

Depression in response to subs is usually the subconscious response to feeling hopeless to resist and fearing that failing to resist will lead to the end of the world.

It can also happen when you are processing things that need healing and clearing. Generally, that will be shielded from the conscious mind.
