1) When you make eye contact with a girl, where actually do you look while shes looking and when do you look away? - ie which eye or where?
2) what are the testosterone boosting foods? - I think avacado and olive oil are 2 I know of and steak maybe?
keep going
Thanks Jake...
1. I look women right in the eye with no fear and a relaxed look on my face. My gaze naturally sets upon her right eye, these days I tend not to look away unless the path I’m walking requires that I closely watch where I’m going. Call it cocky but I’m gaining this confident attitude with women of when there stare at me. My demeanor when we lock eyes is one where I know they like what they see and I’m not shy about them liking it.
2. Avacado is a good one, almond or sunflower seed butter is good too. High quality beef (such as bison)...make sure whatever meat you eat comes from a grass fed animal. Raw honey, pomegranate fruit, coconut, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, oats, eggs (organic), ginseng, wild salmon. I’m warming up to this diet right now because once I start using the testosterone maximizer sub later this year, I already want to have a good head start and I feel it’s the perfect follow up to AM6. Make sure whatever you take into your body is raw and/or organic when possible.
Thank youre welcome
1) Great because I wrote an update on my dmsi 3.2 thread a few days ago where a girl was looking at me in class and so I thought ill look back and looked into your right eye too. I then wondered is it better to look in between the eyes rather than the eye itself or even at the bridge of the nose or at the apex/point of the nose, before I just gave up and continued to stare haha
2) Awesome, organic is way too expensive for me at the moment, the milk, the butter the other stuff eats into my student budget unfortunately but im hoping that the avacado and higher fat, higher protein and lower carb diet with green tea all helps.
its getting harder to actually start but im not giving up just yet
