Are Permanent Results Obtained?

This is probably a question for Shannon as he has the most long term experience with his products. The dilemma that I have is that there are so many titles that I want to try but there is a limit on how many programs you can listen to at once. I have had good results with the programs but would like to know if these results are temporary or more or less permanent after a while. Once a permanent change has been accomplished, then I could move on to another title. Even though a temporary change is realized in the short term, how long do you have to listen to make sure it "sticks" in the long term? I welcome comments from long term users of these products.

Permanent results are definitely possible. It will depend on the specific person, how long the subliminal is used, how much exposure is had, how consistently it is used, how much resistance there is, and to what, and why, and the specifics of the personality. Simple enough for ya?

For instance, breast enlargement or reduction will be a permanent change. Smoking cessation will be a permanent change as long as you use it for the full course. Using a program of Type B for 32 days should be at the very least a long term change, and could be permanent; the chances are improved if you use it longer. Any title used for 6 months should be very, very likely to be a permanent change. But the specifics and variables will change from person to person, and there is no single, simple, definitive answer. I'd be lying to you if I said otherwise.

I know a man who used the Alpha set once, in 2008, and it is still with him today. I know another who used it once and needed a refresher after 6 months. I used Self Confidence for 32 days, and was very confident for about 32 days. My standard level of confidence did not increase and stay up until I used the alpha sub for 6 months straight. I know other people who have used my subs for three days and had a very obvious and permanent change. Alcoholics who stopped drinking cold, for instance, one was reported to have stopped after 3 days, and one after about a month. Both reports came to me over a year after the fact So it's really not a question for me... it's a question for you... what experiences have YOU had?

I don't think I communicated very clearly. I agree with everything you said. Clearly everyone will have different results based on the scripts that are already running in their head and how ingrained they are. If you had a parent who belittled you for years it may take a long time to over-ride that programming. I am just curious to see what specific results different long-term users have had with more or less permanent results realizing that it will be different for different people.

As for me, I don't consider myself to be a long-term user yet. I do get an effect from all of the programs I have tried and I am still experimenting with them. I always listen to a program for a minimum of a month. Some programs work faster and more powerfully than others, at least for me. The two programs that I have given the longest amount of time to were the Eyesight Improvement program and the Achieve your Ideal Weight program listening to each of these for about 5 months. So far so good but there are caveats. On the Eyesight program, the results have held up so far, but I believe that the reason that my eyesight got weak in the first place was that I work on the computer for long periods of time and my eyes had atrophied to the point that I lost the ability to focus close up. Since I still have the same job, I will not be surprised to see them deteriorate again as the source of the problem is still there. I intend to go back for another round with this program in the future. On the Achieve and Maintain your Ideal Weight program, that worked really well and I lost 10 pounds easily to my correct weight and it was easy keeping it there even after I discontinued the program. However, several months ago I sustained a knee injury which has hindered my ability to exercise and I recently gained 5 pounds back. I was impressed that my weight stayed down for 2 months after the injury even after I had discontinued the program, but it was probably too much to ask that I could keep it down while inactive. Last week I began listening to this program again to get it under control.

I realize that there are user journals on the forum and these are interesting for what happens in real time. I am just as curious as to what happens after the programs are discontinued for different people. i.e. how long do the effects last and if people feel like they got a permanent result where their previous internal scripts were completely over-ridden.

Both 'Socializing is just a fun game' and 'Aura of sexiness' have an almost instant effect on me. very obvious in terms of effects. But it is more a state of mind. A temporary belief. A mood. I stopped using 'Aura of Sexiness' when I moved onto 'socialising is just a fun game' and it's effect gradually declined. Then having used both titles and realising how dramatic these subliminals could be, I took the decision to go through the Alpha male sub. Once I'd started the Alpha sub the effects from the Socialising sub subsided too. I was erratic with my use of the programs and didn't get enough exposure to either the Sexiness or socializing titles.

At this point I cut out my erratic listening and became fully committed to using only the Alpha sub and getting enough exposure to it as I possibly could. Things where different this time. The Alpha sub wasn't an instant, Abracadabra, "BOOM" *Alpha Male appears from a puff of smoke*. It was more of a gradual, hill climbing effect. One foot at a time. I'm now standing over half way up a very high mountain and it would take a lot of effort to get back down. Something very big and shocking would have to happen to get me back where I came from...

...And big things happen to people every day without having much effect on their beliefs. It seems once you reach a certain age you've already formed beliefs about yourself and at that point it takes a lot for external (random, unfocused) factors to casually change those beliefs. In fact most of the time, reality is a self fulfilling prophecy and only stands to reinforce those beliefs. It seems people live their entire lives operating from whatever beliefs they may hold, without so much as their beliefs being threatened. This stands that if you change (or rather replace) a belief with focus (exposure, exposure, exposure to subliminals) the results will be equally as permanent and unshakable as any other belief. At least by my reasoning they should be - the alpha sub is proving this to me as well.

Luckily for me, the Aura of Sexiness sub has such a blatant effect on me I've been able to re-introduce it again and get the effect back without much exposure time - meaning I don't have to sacrifice a lot of Alpha Male exposure time. It's been in my play list again now for about a month and the results are back. I'm also pretty sure the results will have greater permanence this time if I give it enough exposure. As for the Alpha sub - I can not even begin to imagine reverting back to my old ways now if I stopped the program, I can't even remember very clearly what my old ways where lol.

Most of this post is just my own anecdotal evidence with regards to subliminals, so please take it as just opinion. Also, I was mostly focusing on changes in beliefs, where as I see you mentioned changes in eyesight which is a different thing entirely.

Permanent Results: Good question about why some get 'permanent' results while others take longer; Perhaps, it is among many factors including, 'resistance.' It is difficult to comprehend why the mind of a listener would create automatic self-sabotage yet, it happens to the best of us.
