Stage One either affects people greatly, or very little, and I've not read anyone who described a non-polar result of Stage One.
First, with Alpha Male, it is of the highest importance that you follow the directions. From what I've gathered, each stage is pushing you off your current balance. Like a three-legged table with one leg a little too short, pushing in one direction will correct that imbalance, but if you push too far, the table falls over, with drinks, meals, crockery, and silverware scattering across the floor. This is a bad thing. You don't want to do that. RTFM and follow the instructions without failure.
Second, the fact that your dreams went gonzo the first couple of weeks matches every other journal I've read. The subliminals are beginning to have their effects, but those effects are too subtle to notice at this point. Stay the course: you lose nothing by continuing to listen every night. The refund will still be available at the end of your first AM run-through.
Third, your previous posts on the forum have a different tone to them: Perhaps expressing your irritation openly is newer than you realized.
