There's a much bigger drive to change and continue improving than there was in the 2010 stages 4/5/6. The "feel a mess" is probably going to be explained by switching programs in mid stream, and should be a short lived temporary thing, which not everyone will experience.

Yea man it can be tough but you just have to be patient. At work today I was just feeling like crap! But I wasn't procrastinating as much as I usually do. I got alot of stuff done today and before I knew It I was back home and relaxing shaking the day off.

I'm catching myself doing stuff that I used to not do. A nurse walks by eating a cookie and of course she's rather attractive so I look at her and ask her "can I have some"? So she tears off a bite and gives it to me (and smiles). Back a while ago, I wouldn't do such a thing so yes, Alpha Male deals with approaching women. It's little things like that that are happening more and more often. My female coworker watched the whole thing and then she asked me if I knew her. No I didn't. It just happened out of the blue. lol

Time for weekly recap.
Not much has happened this week that really sticks out per se. I still have the crazy dreams (I take that as normal nowadays) and making new friends on another forum (no, its not PT nor is it a PUA forum). I have today's salsa class to look forward to and a coworkers party tonight.
After I get through with Alpha Male 2010, I will switch over to an attraction sub. I'm trying to decide on just a "small" sub like become irresistibly attractive... and then immediately back over to Alpha Male 2011. Or, use Women Magnet / "sex magnet" and then go back to Alpha Male late this year.
I dunno if I'm just impatient but I just feel like something is still amiss and I feel the need to be even more 'alpha'. I read others journals and they are experiencing more than I am regarding certain things with less exposure. So I guess you can say that I still feel "needy" in a certain way.
Hopefully this situation will right itself soon because I find it unpleasant.
Aside from that, I still feel relaxed... more so than in the past and I'm slightly more able to speak my mind to others.
Speaking my mind to people that I already know is getting a lot easier. It's to strangers that I still have trouble with at times.
I'm just wondering (and hoping) if either women magnet or sex magnet will soften some rough edges out and make me even more fun to be around. I don't want to unintentionally scare off new people that I can befriend.
This concludes the last full week of stage 5 for me; I start stage 6 on the 31st.

I'm pondering the same thing Ron. From what I've heard about Alpha 2011 I've really considered giving it a go, however I'm considering grabbing one the of the Perfect Lover programs, BIABW, or the new Sex Magnet. From what you've just written, I think your descision boils down to this:

1. How soon you want to do Alpha 2011.
2. Is improving your attractiveness/sexual aura/whatever your number one concern?
3. How much money are you willing to spend?

If you want to do Alpha 2011 ASAP, then you can just use BIABW 7.1 for 2-3 months, and then afterward jump back into Alpha 2011. This route is cheaper (assuming you got the free upgrade for 7.1) and is quicker. I think I remember Rainbow Abyss say that BIABW sexually works real fast and good but I'll inquire again just to see. So after 2 months you'll probably be able to see a lot of improvement in terms of attracting women.

Or, you could use the new Sex Magnet coming out soon. Obviously, this is MUCH more expensive, however since SM is 4G you will no doubt see MAJOR improvements in your ability to attract women. Not only that, but if Sex Magnet works as it's intended you'll probably have lots of fun as well. After it's done, you could just jump right back into Alpha (which would be 2012 most likely).

Thanks K train! I have alpha male 2011 purchased and ready to go. I have my work's incentive bonus check and tax refunds to look forward to so I will probably snag the sex magnet sub when it comes out (probably in mid-march).

Yes I did say BIATBW sexually works extremely fast and well, at least for me.
I think Alpha 011 will satiated ur desire for being more alpha,
I did stage 3 for a few days and I felt that Alpha feeling really strongly
stage 4 I am starting to feel very alpha as well, but more like smooth alpha
and am really not caring what anyone thinks, lots of relaxed swag.
I would think it would be refreshing and fun to take a break from Alpha set after ur done though
I think ull really enjoy sex magnet or women magnet, uve earned it, six month is long time!
Add seek the challenge with it, to keep that extra edge, that way ull keep pushing ur life foward while
u get swarmed with women

Time for a recap of stage 5...
A lot of the "caged animal" syndrome from mid stage 3 up to the end of stage 4 vanished once I got into stage 5. One thing that I'm catching myself doing is getting into more conversations with people, like yesterday at the clubhouse... I got to know one of the assistant managers.
The hallmark of stage 5 is more of a "laid back" feeling. I was rather edgy during stage 4 not to mention very moody. While I had some moodiness with 5, it wasn't like it was with stage 4.
I'm also pushing myself a little more to talk to others, whether its online or in real life.
I'm more apt to speak my mind now than I used to. More work needs to be done in this area, however. It's rather funny because I was at a coworker's party last Saturday and one pointed out that he liked my honesty, so there you go.
Another thing that is surfacing is the job that I'm doing is becoming thoroughly unsatisfying to me. I know I deserve better. However, I'll try to make the best out of the current situation and just hang in there.
I start stage 6 tonight once I get in from work.

I wish you the best in stage 6 Ronatello! It seems you and me have gone through alot of very similar experiences with this alpha set. I do know that you tend to flirt with women more and I could care less about that but I think our confidence levels and the amount of work we have to do on ourselves is around the same level. You may be more up to speed than me but alot of our experiences during the alpha set have been the same. I do need to get out though and do stuff like salsa or something. I may start yoga or tai chi soon. And I plan on going out downtown this friday (first friday of every month there are art exhibits and live music) so I'll mingle around there. Seems like a better environment than a club or bar.

Yoga would be a good choice. Anything to get you around women so it's all good. My flirting skills have definitely are improving. I used to really take it personally when I flirt and women won't flirt back (probably because I tend to come on very strong and it may intimidate some women).

A lot of people automatically think that the place to pick up women is bars and clubs. Umm... no. While one can do so, it can be anywhere.
I did hit a semi-rough patch just a few days ago but it's vanished. I'm trying to conjure up some really naughty visualizations. One habit that I really need to do consistently is visualizations. I'm gung ho about them for a while then the passion to do them dies off. I hate that with a passion.

Ron I like the idea of naughty visualizations;
I think alot of guys, including myself, could benefit from
getting more in touch with that side of themselves, by no means do I mean porno,
but to actually be in touch with the male desire to get down and dirty and be comfy with it,
the alpha set has actually really gotten me out of touch with it in the first three stages, but in my experience it helps take meeing women anywhere in the right direction

Naughty visualizations are the easiest for me. They come pretty natural now.. but the trick was moving things to first person instead of a cinematic kind of view point.

The hardest kind of visualizations for me are actually having fun with women. I do practice going from meeting to screwing. The hardest part to visualize is all the stuff happening in between both those situations.
