You apparently didn't read the instructions for AM 5.0. The instructions specifically state that you MUST finish AM once you start it. This is true of both 5.0 and the upcoming 6.0. Stopping either in the middle will leave you off balance in ways you don't want; each stage balances out the way the previous stage pushed you off balance to grow.
Furthermore, you will need to have run through AM 5.0 in full, according to the instructions, before you can use AM 6.0.
