Just started stage 5. I'm around 3 days into it.

Some things about stage 4
1. During this stage I didn't really notice to much negativity at all. The second time doing alpha is so much easier.
2. Towards the end of the stage I started to realize how much I've grown. It really is crazy. I remember when I the majority of my time was spent in a state of anxiety and loneliness. And to be honest, looking back I think I was actually depressed. Now I spend most of my time just feeling good and solid. Still have my moments though. I'm not gonna pretend like I'm a huge badass, who doesn't give a fuck about anything and is almost about to drown in pussy but doesn't because I'm too badass to drown. I feel like I had ridiculous expectations about this program. I expected to be a completely different person than I am. I have just become more of me I guess. And that is all I need to be.
3. I just found out I love books. Haha I'm not sure why I always hated them now. I guess school just kind of ruined my relationship with them.
4. I realized that I am creative. I love that too. I wish I wouldn't of had to feel like shit most of my life so I could of developed my skills even more.
5. I get really indifferent when I do alpha. So that's happening right now.
6. I care about girls less.
7. I still get nervous and afraid and awkward but I'm not hating myself as much for it.
