Wow! All the major resistance I was going through during the beginning of stage two has vanished. That was a rough week! I haven't felt the need to post since everything has been going so smoothly. Most likely thanks to Shannon's Optimus 2.0 and naturalizer. Confidence and motivation is back. I think I'm making progress but it's hard to say. These subs make it seem like I've always been as alpha as I currently am (which is not the case) because they are so good!

Confidence and motivation remain high but I am finding it increasingly difficult to be patient with people. I have really been battling being short with anyone who is whinny or bitchy. Since this seems to be the majority of the population the last few days have been a real challenge.

On a different note, I have been curious if there is any loss of AM results during a run of SM 2 directly after AM. I have been debating running AM a second to solidify versus moving to SM.

It's better to think about what you are going to use after you have finished the program. Because you don't know how you will be after you have done AM6 so you can't guess what program to choose now. Focus on the program for now.

Things have been going well. Confidence and motivation are both still high. Sex drive has been very high throughout AM which I love. Many people on here and elsewhere trash porn but I have to admit I love it and don't see any problems with it at least for me. The whole ED thing with porn completely baffles me. But then again I use it for pleasure and a training/conditioning tool. I never cum while masturbating to porn. I rather use it to increase my stamina and erection quality. I do kegels while I edge. On a side note From reading through the journals I get the picture nearly everyone has success with AM5/AM6. However WM and SM do not appear to be as consistent. It seems as though the more alpha/better with women you are before one begins the magnets the better the results. Obviously there are exceptions but the picture I get from reading the journals is sexually inexperienced tend to for the most part remain that way while ones with experience see their seduction skills enhanced.

Day 30: Resistance has backed off again. I am very eager to begin stage 2 in a few days. It seems from what I've read stage 2 and 3 are where the core AM changes are made. I feel like I am jumping the gun talking about post AM plans before I've even started stage 2. But I really want to run SM 3 right after AM. I just hope one run of AM6 is enough to get maximum results from SM3. I guess time will tell.

Well am no expect at this but just from classical conditioning psychology it think its best to re-run AM6 2-3 times. The thing is the betamale nuero networks will still be in your head and more deep rooted than the recent AM6 programming and over time old cues will reactivate the beta-male behaviors. Think of it has memory, read a book once and over time you start forgetting the details, so you have to re-read the book many times to commit it to lifetime memory because the networks will be strengthened each time.

I guess we live in a "fastfood G8 era" were everyone wants everything fast(me especially, as pointed out but someone) , I bet if Shannon made it a 1 and a 1/2 year program only a few people with buy it.

The thing is just been an Alpha and using techniques will get you more sex than the average guy. I have had to wait for 1.5 years to listen to SM3 and I may have to listen two AM6 twice, the way I see, AM5&6 is like been a strong man (powerful guys with beer bellies and the roughed up father xmas look), once you have that power SM3 will be like the toner that will shape up the body and make it look more attractive. But it guess its a commitment and getting the Adonis body first is temping or at least that's what am going for

I plan to run SM3 directly after AM6. I love the fact Shannon built in the SM primer in the last few stages. It seems logical to to just run them in tandem as a year long program. I agree with you though Dee in the fact that this will by no means be enough long term. After this first year I plan to rerun them both unless AM7 is out at this time. At this point I see no reason not to run subs for the rest of my life. I'm sure I will always have something that needs worked on or tweaked. It's a marothan not a sprint.

You know what I think, I'll take you up on that. I just learnt that the AM6 surprise had to do with SM3. I wanted to listen to WM after AM6, but I think fear was holding me back, starting from WM is a safer option. But now the choice is out of my hands, seems AM6 will "force" me to listen to SM3, thanks for the encouragement. I really like the idea of running them as a year long program then re-running them again. I'll better re-sort next year, so the first 6 months I get all the alpha done and try to internalize the books recommended. Then the last six months go out 5 nights a week, 4 hours a night. i doubt these subs work in a vacuum, the sub has to reinforce the behavior the behavior has to reinforce the sub, only then can it be effective. And lets just be honest your chances of getting seduced and laid from a night club (meat market)or bar are way higher than in the middle of the afternoon in a park on a sunday (daygame).

Yeah I agree with the surprise it seems like AM6 then SM3 is a no brainer. I like your game plan.

My natural game is above average. I'm no PUA but I've never had trouble getting women. I spent a couple years mastering David DeAngelos Cocky Comedy stuff when it came out. Women have always found me to be attractive and that definitely doesn't hurt. Even though I can get girls I'm still not the true alpha I want to be. I have many alpha qualities but my goal is to be the most alpha guy I know.

I'm in an open relationship with a 9/10 girl. I have no intentions of going back into the clubs though. I want to use SM3 to elevate my day game. I love to flirt with girls when out around town and feel the sexual tension even if no sex happens. I'm always open to it though if it does.

How will you know you are the most alpha guy you know, who will you know when you reached your goal? Or was that just a "saying". Party girls, tipsy would be more likely to respond to the SM3 sub. The way I see it if an attactive women used SM3 for women and I saw her when I have my approach issues I don't think I would approach. And women approaching men is a social taboo, she would need some huge balls or be an alpha chick her self, or a mature (older) lady. I'll like to see this work. lets bare the wait

Good point about "most alpha guy I know". Tough one to quantify. But whenever I'm around someone who is more alpha than myself, I just know it. It's one of those things that just jumps out.

I'm basically approaching the AM6 SM3 combo without many expectations. It's nearly uncharted waters they are so new. It seems some have done AM5 then SM3. I'm not too concerned about whether women are approaching me or I'm. Approaching them. They could be young or milfs. As long as they are hot and fun, bring it. I just enjoy mixing it up and having fun especially when there is a sexual charge.
