Still doing AM here. Winding down on month 4. Im still feeling very alone in the world, but I seem to be coping.
Wanted to post this as I cant believe some of these physical changes that are happening to me.
I am noticing severe changes in my face the last few days. I am getting more of a chiseled jaw I think or my face shape is changing and my skin is looking better and better by the day.

The last week I've been very interested in the life of James Dean and early Elvis as of late (50's-1968). Been watching a lot of their movies and have been inspired by them. I would say both were definite Alpha Males in their time.
