Nothing really noticeable happened in stage 4 so far. Woman is usually a little bit more frank to me in stage 3 but that does not develop at all in stage 4. Still to early to say whats the program doing in and out.

AM6 Stage 6 Day 27

Well I really don't feel the urge to write how the journey goes on so far. But I have improved dramatically. But the feeling inside is " I have been always like this". My friends constantly asking me what to do or not. My gf asks me what she should do or what avoid. If I like to talk with her that's ok if I don't want to talk with her that's ok with her too. AMAZING !!

Sometimes I became really furious but within few moments I became again zen. My calmness is my power. I read more books in stage 6 than ever my life. My procrastination has improved finally. I am happy but still a lot to achieve regarding productivity.

I have been noticed by few girls but it didn't lead to sex or anything. I am quite comfortable to talk any girl .. any girls i mean LITERALLY any girll. When I used to start my work, i feel palpitation couple of hours. I had few negative thoughts jumbling around my head but now it's all gone. I am calm, confident and assertive. One day night guard asked me to help him to stop few drunk people because he felt I am the only strong guy who can help him. I watched PORN 4 times in the last 6 months. My morning wood came back. I feel inside that my orgasm will be way better than before. But I did not get laid within AM6 and I did not go any club either. Lots of reading, making plans that's how I spend most of my time now. When my friends make fun of me , I don't take it personally at all. I feel I have nothing to do, I even feel lazy to respond back rather working my own stuff. People become more and more frank with me.

PHYSICALLY I was stronger before even sub BUT I had low confidence but now my my mind body connection is superb. I am full of energy thanks to MEDITATION too.

I prioritise my personal growth more than anything else. I have superb ego-balance than before. I came to realize i cannot control my life situations but i can control my emotions and reactions. I have very less fear, guilt, shame. I take responsibility of my life shamelessly. When I am wrong , I am wrong it's ok I am human not angel. I have better overall awareness of my strengths and weakness and accept them confidently. I love my PROCESS of becoming better version of me. I am prepared and i don't mind taking the road less traveled. Most importantly I am SELF-RELIANT AND INDEPENDENT.

Another friend told me I look very tough male and she felt I am very hardcore sex guy in bed. I said "will see if I visit Sydney".

I am quiet happy and content most of the time. I even tried to do some popping and break dance like when I was in high school alone in the room hahaha.
Self-confidence getting better.
No need to prove anyone anything.
Neediness is abating more and more.
Procrastination issues are getting better (just a little).
I am highly comfortable talking with girls and people in general.
From stage 1 I never been to club rather reading self help books and to improvise my inner spirituality as much as I can .
My d*** seems very rebellious nowadays.

I haven't seen any crazy look from girls in the street that forum members are talking about.
I still have to overcome my procrastination issues (which I believe I can fix with PSTEC)
I hit gym less nowadays than my pre-am6 workout.


But I also want to mention PSTEC and Fastereft (specially on relationship issue with my boss). I run PSTEC 2 times and immediately I try with Fastereft on the issues. It helps me to get better result.

Man my last day with AM6 . Feels like last day of college. Nice to know face real world but also missing my friends and the young lady teachers. LOL

Does anyone have idea or similarity after AM6 why I am sleeping a lot like day 1 9hours, day 2 10 hours, day 3 13 hours !! WTH

Another question how many days will we usually recommended to take break regarding wm2 or BASE or rerun AM6 after AM6 ?

It might be all the changes you have been resisting are suddenly being processed. Recommended is 2-4 weeks, personally I guess couldn't really wait out more than 2 weeks ...

Ya Clansy , It's harder to wait to start something new. However, if resistance hasn't been fixed last 6 months how come it's fixed up within 2 weeks, I am bit suspicious on that. But hope your hypothesis is completely true !. But , I have experience, without fastereft or pstec or whatever models along with subliminal lessen the effect and this is not hypothesis rather my own experience. PSTEC and Fastereft gave me a feeling whatever resistance I tried to avoid I fixed it completely but It came back later. On the other hand, depending completely on sub gave me a strong lucid feeling inside that change was occuring but slowly.

What I think: The first few stages are the lightweight and the latter are the heavyweight. The lightweight can be processed by your subconscious with the time of rest, but the later stages are the tougher ones which need a longer time to be puzzled out by your subconscious, so after you have finished the last stage, the subconscious is putting together the "big picture". Something I thought makes sense regarding to how ffaux (quite sure it was him) is explaining his gains after being done with AM6 for 2 months.

So far after two weeks of ending AM6, I am more conscious on my bigger picture. I have an urge I need to improve my financial stability. BASE will be my next sub. I won't, probably, mix it up with any methods just pure subliminal. I have no plan to write for journal until I achieve something significant. My goal is to learn more on Stock Funds and achieve a target amount from the market as an INVESTOR. Another goal I am looking is to learn a foreign language. Most of the BASE things I have read I understand, few I still don't. I will be reading few books to improvise my conscious steps regarding those skills . Regarding AM6, I need at least 2 more run.

PROS
I love BASE so far. I am moderately productive. I prefer to talk with people who talk more on work, visions , life goals etc as soon as I see someone talk on other things I lost interest. I am a little bit more assertive. I am open to my vulnerablity more whereas before I try to hide. I am more social and respected. Since stage 4 of AM6, I haven't seen any porn I hope it will be continuing with BASE.

Finally, I have seen some dreams hahahah. One was being haunted by flying-saucer. Another one was with my mother. Another one with my uncle who humiliated me when I was kid. Those suppressed feelings pop up and I think EPRHA is taking good care of those.

I have refused my boss to work extra instead I want to learn forex,stocks and so forth. I haven't been so bold to say no from the last two years.One of my bad habits is I try to retain too much information on any skill I try to learn which is not needed at all. Focusing on single thing is way effective and better for time, BASE is helping me there slowly so far.

CONS:
I am getting angry very quickly as soon as I found there is a plot to manipulate me fractionally. I have retorted twice quiet boldly to my boss. But, one thing I can tell you folks, it's not boring as AM6 LOL.


I look forward to see effect of US/UM/prioritizing tasks effectively.

Summary: overall I am happy of the progress so far. I do believe I did it right, preferring it instead of SM3. I am in the last level of Brainev which is helping me too.
