I probably have though I've just stopped caring about body image. I'll keep myself looking clean and presentable but beyond that, DMSI is leading me to a pretty relaxed attitude regarding body and weight.
I do know in my heart that if I ever wanted to loose weight, I have the knowledge and motivation to get it done quickly.
I'll also add this in, I was pulling women left right and centre when I was just a scrawny teen. Back then my body image didn't even exist, so I do believe that body consciousness may play a role in reducing attractiveness.
