My Mom has been blind since she was 30 from a brain tumor pressing against her optic nerves, she's 73 now. Because of her loss of vision, I look for products to help make her life easier.
My coworker introduced me to "BONE CONDUCTION HEADSETS". He bought the bluetooth version because we aren't allowed to have listening devices in our ears at work. The version I bought is sitting in the mailbox as I type this.

I was going to buy the cheapest, but I stuck with a name brand.
If you read the reviews, people with hearing loss can't say enough about "Bone Conduction Headsets".

Unfortunately, because of the way they are designed. They hook on the ears where my eyeglasses would hook and I'm unable to get my eyeglasses to fit properly on my face when I wear them. Otherwise... they work great!!
