Day 34 Update - 4th Dec 2017 (30+4)
So done no uni work however been thinking more and more about goal setting and future goals.
Future goals about sleep, uni work/studying, habit creations, exercise, diet etc
I dont think MLS is doing this or has a module on goals, however if anyone wants to correct me or give me some thoughts on this then please because im wondering if all this is based on either procrastination, avoidance, perfectionism and thus fear or if all of this is my mind trying to seek out solutions to make my life better.
I dont just want to be a dreamer, a dreamer of the future. I want to be a man of present action, that takes action to make his dream a reality. thanks.
