Day 1
I have not been sleeping much at night, need too sleep more later today.
I have listen too 3 loops on headset.
I had alot of dreams, but i cant remember them, i forget them like 5sec after i wake up, strange thing.
My mood have been better so far, and eye contact seems be better.
Feels like alot of fear is gone, like before when i hold eye contact and talk with people some thoughts pop up of what they think of me, am i good enough, am i looking like a weirdo now and that kind of thing, that makes me insecure.
But now when i hold eye contact it felt kinda good, no bad thought came up.
I remember thinking that if i start this program maybe my self confidence would go away like get real bad.
But now it feels very good, i guess good attitude needs big self confidence.
There is many things that would have pissed me off today but i have not been mad today lol, my mood like i said is better.
I have been reading some topics on google on positive attitude and positive thinking, felt i needed more understanding how it works.
This is so cool, im so grateful for this program, Shannon always makes the best programs in the world.
