Well I'm going to drop porn completely. Cory Skyy said that it was bad unless it's something you watch with your girl.
Nothing notable to report today. I will say that I am now starting to use some lighter nootropics. I'm drinking matcha green tea daily for L-Theanine. And I'm drinking coffee on Saturdays before starting my loops. Caffeine has some properties that seem to make learning easier, but your body adapts to it quickly so only once a week on weekends.
I'm probably going to continue my mone usage this week.
Thoughts
I'm surprised by some people talking about how much DMSI has changed things in their lives. So far, it started to have an affect on my porn watching but that seemed to regress quickly when I used masked for a bit. So I should stick with hybrid.
I'm going to look into Cory Skyy's teachings and apply them. Right now, I need to build momentum on getting my subconscious on the right track. It would be nice if the subs came with some kind of exercises to do to get your subconscious mind to cooperate. Cory Skyy should have some teachings for that though.
At the moment, I most of the time just feel "there". I might be bored, feel invisible, sexually frustrated, etc. Every so often I feel alright. Those are the kinds of feelings I had before and very early on when I first learned about social dynamics.
I'm a bit surprised that Shannon is aiming for a release between Feb. 15-Feb. 22. It's coming around quick imo, no one should be complaining about the wait.
I'm also seeing people switch from DMSI to other established subs. I wonder form time to time if it would be better for me to do AM6 then SM/WM. But then I think about how big the gap of power is between those and where DMSI is and all the clearing and I think DMSI would be the best choice.
It's just almost all of my sub usage has been clearing subs. I'm ready for something new to be installed. If my impatience grows, I may switch to B. As I've said before, no matter what after March 6, I'm definitely switching to B.
