I am in my 3rd cycle of 3:7 (day 6 break currently). Tomorrow night I will be starting my 4th cycle.
I know Shannon said we can experiment according to our feelings and I kept an open mind during the 3rd cycle. But in the 3rd cycle I didn't feel that impatience from day 4-7 to run the sub like I did in the 2nd cycle. So during the 3rd cycle I kept the 3:7 ASRB2. I felt an inkling on day 6 but it was very mild and it felt mostly like a conscious desire as oppose to genuine intuition.
Other than that, nothing significant to report. I seem to oscillate between good days where I am motivated to do stuff like meditation, cardio, eating healthy, making goals etc to having to force myself to get out of bed and do the minimum. I think I am going to have to keep on offline journal on a day-to-day basis to really keep track of these oscillations and when exactly they are happening. And then report back here if I notice any patterns. I have been running this sub from mid October. I was kinda hoping I would be executing more by now
