All files have the same programmings inside, so it doesn't matter which file you want to listen to. Some people have better results with ultrasonics, some with the masked tracks. Listen for 32 days 8h/day. You don't have to listen while sleeping. If you want to listen to ultrasonic make sure your speaker are capable of producing sound up to 20kHz. And make sure you calibrate it the right way to avoid hearing problems.
