In fairness, 100 years ago men had less to worry about with regards to repercussions and consequences, both in the legal system and socially, whether the consequences would be justified or not. That being said, I fully agree with the sentiment about emptying the junk in their heads.

Your correct a lot has changed in the last century however, I do feel people have allowed themselves to make the whole dating arena more convoluted then it really is. If you even went back 15 years who would have ever heard of someone saying going direct is better then going indirect, dont send this text send that text, don't do this or you will enter the friendzone etc etc the list goes on.

Now adays its almost like you need a PhD thesis to get a hot girl into bed. When all you need is good grooming to enhance your looks, status and ability to communicate together with a program such as DMSI. This question is directed to my persistent commitment usage of MLS 5.5g

Basically in the beginning I started out really good where I made routines of doing things when I woke up such as bedroom cleaning showering etc (due to breaking procrastination?). before MLS I always felt like "ugh, I dont want to do it today" and always put it off. Now everything is automatic I dont force myself to do it when I wake. I've had physical reactions to the sub's usage like DOMS effect upon waking after a night of listening to it, I think my pineal gland was being "massaged" and even at the library on 2 separate occassions, people next to me would ask me for help with how to do things.

but no mater how persistent I am after a few months, I think I have reached my peak and don't see no more growth (which is why I havent been updating on my MLS journal for weeks).

Edit: it is actually snail speed growth like now I challenge myself to not have to use the GPS and rely on my own memory recall after briefly studying the directions on how to get to destination without the temptationg of glancing at the GPS; I guess its a way that the sub wants me to learn to strengthen my memory and recall?

I still play games on my phone that are more like "time wasters" but lately I have been thinking in my mind what has the game ever done for me to make my life more meaningful that I could benefit from it aside from wasting my time playing on it; that might be from the sub too..

Any advice what I could do to hit the target marks of all the bullet points on your description page of MLS 5.5? Thanks

Roughly two weeks ago I finished my 9 month(ish) run of MLS 5.5, right around when Shannon released the info on secondary on/off ratio (I forgot the term for it). So I have been running it every day doing the 9 months, and I was occasionally getting bored of running it. Since I have been on the break I have started executing more than ever and I feel my brain is integrating all the growth and gains I got from running it. If you run it daily without secondary on/off ratio for several month like I did, the break might be good for you as well...and when going back to it with secondary on/off practice in place, you might start executing more of it. But you know better what to do for yourself, just wanted to share my experience in case if it helps.

Thanks for commenting, Romeo. But how can you do 9 months when are are requested to do it at 3 months at a time?? I'm going to let you in on a little secret (shhhh don't tell Shannon) lol jk but I understand he makes rules to follow how to listen to the subs to the exact specifications for a reason. But just last night I just wanted to experiment......instead of listening to 5 hours (4 loops) per night, I went ahead and sucked in a full 8 hours of exposure, and you know what??? I discovered a breakthrough. I had memorable dreams and was drained upon waking.....something I didn't get while going through 4 loops a day.

Read the instructions more carefully...MLS is meant to do in 3 months blocks, 12 months at most in a row. So you do it either 3,6,9 or 12 months (the more the better) , but not, say 2 months or 5 or 7 months.

Thanks for the tip tho. I´m having a break from MLS...if Shannon decides to create and makes that UM/US/(LM) combo sub soon(ish), I will purchase and start to use that, if not I will most likely go back to MLS with the secondary ASRB in place and see how it goes. If I don´t see significant improvement with secondary ASRB I might experiment with number of loops. Right now I enjoy the break, and the increased execution of script that the break has brought.

So I have been running DMSI 3.2 now.
At first, I didn't want because I do not want to put much focus on sex and women again. I feel that I've wasted too much time on that crap. But I decided to give DMSI 3.2 a shot. However, I'll stop right away if my finance or overall success falls apart. I worked hard some months ago to improve my finance and with enough focus, a lot of visualization I tripled my income. I know benefits tend to lose momentum once the focus is shifted, so I will see. If I can't chase money/career/life success AND sex at the same time I'd have to obviously choose the former.

What I have been noticing under DMSI 3.2:
- A good online friend with whom I usually flirt started sending me nude. I know her for about a year, and it happened now. And I haven't asked
- Out of the blue I got friended/followed by girls on social media. I even got a notification the other day on a forum I didn't even know existed, lol. I may be signed up more than 5 years ago.
- A girl I knew in high school texted me out of the blue. I never texted her in years. She, however, disappeared once she noticed I am not in my home country. (Where she is now)
- Well, overall I got some attention and manifestations online. That's interesting and at least that means DMSI is doing something. But it's nothing new because on DMSI 3.1 the same thing was happening.
- A friend corrected my posture. He said I should stick out more my chest - that I look more alpha that way. Interesting timing he said it no? Especially given that he's not really into alpha/PUA stuff and never said such thing.
- The first 2-3 days, when I was going out I had looks from the girls. But some looks were kinda weird. It's like they don't know why they look at me and then proceed to "search" for someone else. It happens a lot at lines.
After 2-3 days this stopped happening.

- No tiredness, not feeling bad/weird/depressed. Nothing. Just sligth headaches times to times after 9PM.

Are you using the secondary ASRB?

Well for a short while (less than a week) when I recently saw you post a message about it. I know that isn't enough time to execute but I am wondering if I should take a break for a few days and then start fresh again with ASRB.

Same here, i am using MLS for almost 3 months but i find very hard to see any obvious breakthrough, i use it secondary ASRB a couple of days and didn't see any improvement, although continue to have lots of nightmares and its not rare that i awake up with crippling anxiety that only get better after one or two days off the program.

Hey Shannon, did 7 loops of 3.2a for the first time during the day yesterday and had the most crazy dream. Can't remember a lot of it, but if you're curious to see if it could be the effect of some module or modules in DMSI, feel free to read the latest post in my journal.

I do remember though that when the dream ended or was going to end, I felt like i had experienced some major spiritual/celestial/metaphysical event or something lol.

Im fat, but I dont lack confidence, I mean when I talk to people I dont seem to and when I talk to girls I always usually make them laugh etc but I never get the girl. Unless my weight, hair thinning and fashion, I cant see why else they would not want me and my friends say its my weight so it must be weight!

I have and want to lose weight but to say 1 big motivator is not women would be a lie though.

It might be beneficial to try B after the day off. I found on 3.1 that B kind of helped stir some things up, then when I went back to A it worked better. You might also find you execute more, but can't say until you actually use it.

I don't see why not. The girls you're going to attract on it are more attracted for sex, but you can take it where you want. I dated a few girls on past versions, by that I mean giong places and doing things past just sex. Not so much that I actually made them my girlfriend.

Though if you plan to just have 1 girl as a girlfriend on DMSI, it'll probably cause friction since it's not designed for that.
