Warning, this is a long post.

These changes are lightning fast and natural. Out of all the self-development I've never encountered a program that works this fast, but with the ease and permenance. I face no struggles pressing play, and making sure the loop button is on. I remember several nights I made the excuse, "I am tired." This occurs rarely, but perfect attendance in this class of becoming an Alpha Male is mandatory.

I am viewing time as more abundant, I have the time to do whatever I please. On the contrary, I am well aware how my time is spent. Even though my source of time is grand, I am selective how I spend it. Each week feels to me around a month-ish. Not sure why. I am quite fond. As if I have all the time in the world to take up a hobby, catch-up with a friend, read a book, spend an hour playing a video game, meditate, etc.

I am no longer reactive toward negativity. This is my world, I will only be influence by a person, or event if I choose to be. People can joke all they want, without me being offended. Although, there is a chasm between offended and annoyed. I am drawing some barriers here and there with my finger. I am refusing to be the mat that was walked all over upon, as I once was. I find myself only helping people out if I see genuine effort, or I will stop until I see it. You could call this the "The bull crap destroyer." The mighty vesselof the social seas. Ha.

My youthful invincibility is on like Donkey Kong lmao Which is good, but has varying side effects. I feel as if I can take on anything at any given moment. Here is a quote I found suppo, tive, "Does a lion stretch before hunting the gazzelle? No it does not." This has given me a very fearless demeanor, leaving sometimes unprepared. My Okinawa martial arts does come in handy by balancing this out, by taking small steps at a time. I am almost able to do a 6-foot roundhouse kick with decent form!

I am developing a keen eye for body language. I am picking up attraction cues, submissive gestures, uncomfortable poses, happy expressions almost instantly. The most common is the woman brushing her hair with her fingers. If I had a nickle for everytime I've seen that... I'd shower in money I also find myself in a joyful state often. I smile with ease. I am almost doing ab exercises from laughing throughout the day. What would be nice is the ability to sell my indifference and calm attitude. Indifference is truly an art. Lol, but I am geniune enough to cast that aside when need be.

Stage one women were not so much on my mind. Stage two they came around here and there. Now, wow, if I see a beautiful women or think about it my mind goes everywhere. Today I was sitting next to a friend of mine, very pretty and flirter with her to the point of almost no return lol Then there was an unfamiliar blonde girl next to me. She left me in a starstukk. I was using my peripheral vision to see if she was looking my way so I could introduce myself. Several of my buddies thought she was my girlfriend. I continued teasing my friend Natalie, while waiting for this girl to look my way. She was running her fingers through her hair at least every 5 seconds, if not then some. I managed to talk to her. She seemed very confident, yet her cheeks were cherry red the entire time

Everywhere I go there always seems to be one girl or more just for me. But the sexual escalation is nowhere to be found, which needs massive altercations. Any tips how you got past this?

Funny I use altercation, because that happened today. During team games, my team was playing against the three biggest douche bags in the class for a lack of a better word. Recreational football one hand touch. They were calling the most ridiculous fouls that were not only pissing my team off, but even their own teammates. I went to blitz the QB and this guy thrusted his hands in my face. So I pushed them straight up and got the QB. He then turned blood red and was shouting, "Swing at me again big boy, what do you got, I dare you to swing one more time!" This guy is about four inches shorter than I am and outweighs me by over a hundred pounds. Quite frankly he pissed me off, so I stood my ground and shouted back what really happened spiced in with some cursing... I made him back down. He gave me evil glares afterwards. I was getting down upon myself for matching his energy, and not remaining calm and collected If I had more fighting experience it could of got ugly fast.

I am going to consult my MMA teacher about this tonight, just in case things get out of hand tomorrow. I plan on talking with this guy to mellow out the situation. My hope is this issue is resolved in a quick and peaceful manner.

One step at a time. I am consciously working at sexual escalation. I did manage some of this today with this girl I am very fond of.

i love being calm and just saying stuff like that or grow up. Stare downs always work especially with a stern voice. people like that are just looking for a fight and how you handle it is what will make people value you more. also when he starts talking smack no one will believe him because you stood up to him.

My MMA training went very well, I must say the triangular choke is one mean move. My neck was brutalized last night. It looks like I have some severe hickies except very thin all over my neck. To quote this girl, "good God Jeff, what kind of freak was that girl?!"

The same guy [paul] was trying to start another fight over the smallest things. One of my classmates [jason] was just nonchalantly jogging to the QB, then the angry guy [paul] shoved him for no reason try to start a fight. The teacher escorted him to the office. I was asking around to see if there is something else making this guy go off and rage on everybody. He better fix it this problem or a lot of people with give him a beat down soon.

I am liking these suggestions. I think the idiot one is my favorite haha. Good stuff. I am not a violent person. I love sparring, but fights are last resort. The thing I like most about sparring is, people coming together to test their abilities without going overboard. Able to learn and make good friends in the process. Currently I am learning: Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Judo, Ju Jitsu, and weapon defense here and there. They are all great, but I have a piqued curiosity toward Wing Chung. The speed of the style is ungodly. In the mean time, I will train up my mind and body with what I am currently given.

One of my ex's indirectly asked me to Prom, and many girls are asking who I am taking. I could really careless if I go or not, I really want to go to a Morp though (informal prom party, on the scale of fun-hella).

I am feeling very down lately. Being sick is only supplementing these feelings. I feel as if I am emerging from the Matrix via the Red pill. Thoughts are bursting throughout the day. My mind is slowly becoming open to more. I used to be very narrow minded, much like my father. The land of opportunity and possibility is knocking at my doorstep everyday. I am dying to get out and do things, but something deep in me is resisting that with brute force. I am in need of a big pick-me-up. I've only felt this way a couple times while doing the subliminal. I experienced it on a much larger scale freshman year-till several months ago. The only thing I want to do is lay down or sleep. I am not digging these feelings at all. It is almost like leeches sucking my energy and life force out of me. I am trying to read to pass the time, but nothing is sticking.

On a positive note my interaction between people is becoming exponentially better

Yeah the subs have a tendency to make you feel that way sometimes. Just remember it will pass and try to make the best of it. When you feel stuck like that it's only temporary, even though it may feel like it's the worst feeling in the world and your perception is all out of whack. Don't worry about it or beat yourself up too much, you just have to let it go.

That was quick relief. I went out with friends and paintball'd for around 3 hours. It was so much fun, even though we kind of sucked. I scored for my team during the Search & Destroy. Basic elimination with a sleeping bag as a bomb in the middle. First to shoot all enemies or plant sleeping bag in other base wins. Slightly apprehensive about grabbing it, because I'd get shot up like it was the fourth of July. But it was whatever I grabbed that thing and did some baseball slides to cover. Tore my favorite pair of pants, but it was worth it. I do have one real nasty welt. Drove around with a good friend afterwards and had a blast.

I am also going to have one of my ex's come over tonight which I am excited about. I've known this girl for six years, very off an on. We had some very difficult times, for some reason it works best if we are FWB. I was still using Cory Skyy affirmations last time I saw her. Before all subs. Alpha and my own training has nearly irradicated all my insecurities and jealousy. Score for Jeff, I think yes. I think I am more excited about her seeing the new me.

She definitely seemed impressed! Her actions spoke much louder than her words. I got one of the tightest hugs imaginable after getting out of my car. I gave her a small tour of my house and got a couple blankets, it was very cold saturday for some reason. I found "The Shining" on netflix, but the introduction was so long. I told her to find a movie, while I went to take care of a couple things. I was nearly laying down in my couch several feet away from her, not wanting to come off too strong at first. I like letting women come to me after I make some initial moves. Within two minutes she was all cuddled up next to me. I swear this girl read the 439,459,0193 ways to make a man go wild in Cosmo She remains unmatched in any girl I have ever known when it comes to flirting. Right as everything started heat up her phone was buzzing like crazy. Her step aunt needed her home at 3:00 in the morning to grab a couple things. Cock-blocked. @Shannon, I was originally playing Alpha Male 2011 via my Ipod Touch or Cell Phone. I am guessing those play on mono. I just bought a new sound system for about $50. High quality too. [Edit] this sound system is amazing, when the bass kicks in my chair vibrates! I love this so much lol. Good price for something I'll use on such a weekly basis. I don't know why I am enjoy this so much. The best sound system I've had was this crappy old stereo. Appreciate the small stuff. There are two speakers with an additional sub woofer. Will this give me a much higher dosage of the sub or remain roughly the same?

I am also taking a 32" machette to my belief system. Hacking away piece by piece at beliefs I deem non-beneficial or not relevant. Whilst, planting new beliefs when I have the chance. I honestly have no idea how to describe who I will be in 5 years.
