As with all things, the flow of time magnifies one's choices. In this endeavor especially, that being true means that by finding the optimal usage conditions, I have a big hand in making this work the way I want it to for the most possible people. This being as big, complex and expensive as it is, I want to make sure it works as well as possible for everyone who uses it.
Using it too little won't get the job done. Using it too much may not either. We want to find the right usage patterns to hit the bullseye for everyone possible.
