It still doesn't discount doing the right things like eating well and working out. So instead of a magical 'sleep and lose weight and build muscle' it would be 'do all the right things, commit to them and focus your subconscious on achieving the goals'. And eliminating your blocks to achieving it.

And getting your mind in the right place for it will help alot. A program to get ripped and muscular would be awesome, and to build the right habits to maintain it in the long term.
