My max is 4-5 loops during daytime and after that I get really annoyed. I listen with earbuds so that’s my maximum effort.

I was thinking on quitting altogether and waiting until the next version 3.3 comes out. Or just waiting until the final definite version 3.4/ or 4.0 is released.

If that won’t help, I don’t know what will and I have to call this off and move on Sad

If hybrid - which has an ultrasonic component - is ok with headphones, then ultrasonic alone is ok with headphones. Just make sure it's not too loud, and not too quiet. Whatever volume you've used with masked, use a notch or two lower with ultrasonic. Ultrasonic is naturally "louder" than masked.

I slept with the ultrasonic sub from 22:30 PM - 07:00 AM. Solid 8 loops without interruptions. I feel rested and more happy. The ultrasonic sub doesn’t make any noise. I played the sub from my iphone stereospeakers on normal volume.

I had some sexual dreams and it seemed like I almost had an orgasm, something was working my dick lol. This seems to work. I’m gonna stay with ultrasonic subs on stereospeakers.

I’m debating on wether or not to quit my DMSI run. I keep getting more and more tired which totally fucks up my other activities like studying/ gym / daily life. I listen 9 loops at night for like 3 days now in a row. I have exams in a few days and I can’t even concentrate anymore on my textbooks. The more I increase my loops the more i’m agressively resisting against the sub.... It doesn’t work out for me. I can’t break through.

I don’t know what the **** is wrong with me i’m so damn frustrated it’s not funny anymore.
I’ve tortured myself for weeks with this dmsi v3.2 sub and got nothing out of it. Apparently it doesn’t work for me and that’s okay. Some people just don’t respond to it.

I think i’m gonna have a break and just let the program run out and i’ll come back when the final version is released because this isn’t working for me. Way too taxing on my mind and body. God damnit I hate my self so much for resisting it. I’m totally broken and frustrated and I have to take my math and physics exams in 2 days and it’s not looking good. Too much taxing on the body and mind, never thought I would be resisting so hard. I’m ***** up beyond repair.

I’m sorry that I let you guys down.

I got slightly depressed and fatigue set in. I'm on day 75 of nofap and my libido and energy are just returning.

The big problem is that I can't afford to be fatigued for DAYS.... I am in university, I have a very heavy undergraduate program and I need to perform at top performance...

This whole DMSI thing was just a desperate need for validation from women. Because no-one has ever showed interest in me. I guess I should be focusing more in my studies. I have low self esteem, I hate my body, I hate my face, everything. I got male patern baldness at 18 years and went completely bald. So that has something to do with it. It's better to focus on my career for now. Meanwhile i'm self improving by going to the gym etc.

That's why i'm saving up to buy the 5.5G Maximum Learning Speed program. I think that will work synergistically with what i'm trying to reach. I study Mechanical Engineering and it's better for me to supercharge my brain Thumbsup

I'll come back to DMSI when the final and definite version is released.

I also have this strange feeling that i'm gonna resist HARDER when a newer version comes out. But i'm gonna give all DMSI version a honest try before I quit forever.

Sounds like you need the H&C, but you need something more gentle. I'd recommend E2.

Shannon has a new sub called Self Esteem which might be worth looking at. I would do your research first and see what the other journals have to say about this sub before you bite the bullet.

Self Esteem does sound like a good idea, though DMSI has it in the skeleton script so those thoughts could actually be that it's being worked on. I'd stick with DMSI for atleast a while longer to see.

Ben does have a good point you might want to stick at DMSI for at least 8 weeks this is from personal experience.

I’m waiting for DMSI 3.3

I’m on a break until DMSI 3.3 comes out so I have enough rest days to completely start a new session.

I don’t have the money for maximum learning speed and I will be tight on money for the rest of this year. I’m a poor college student.

So I guess I have to stick with DMSI 3.3 and the final versions of it. Wink

Also the fact that I was stone walling was due to my body. I’m working hard on dropping in body fat levels. I’m now on a tight diet and if I reach ~ 10% bodyfat my facial structures/ features will be more attractive.

My body will be more attractive which will give me huge confidence boost.

I think that i’m not worthy of being with a highly attractive woman, even if she’s interested in me. Because I am/was a fat slob I’d feel incompetent in bed and around her. With my body in check and muscle mass I feel way better.

I was sabotaging myself because of this thinking, and i’m very stubborn.
I’m sure that DMSI will work better if my gym goals are reached. I was fighting against DMSI because I still didn’t reached my gym goals.

I’m a high sensitive person and i’m a crazy perfectionist. I have insanely high standards for myself. Not only my appearance, also my future career, business, university, grades etc etc

But strangely enough I don’t have those standards for a woman. I could be happy with a 6 in terms of attractiveness if we had insane chemistry.
