Good news about those knees, Chaos. Must be a new lease on life - awesome.

Regarding ASS / ART in V3.1 - Shannon recently said MHS is halfway in between 3.0 and 3.1, so I'd expect 3.1 to be better.

Then it's gonna be a sexplosion when I look at what V3.01 already did to me !

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - JackOfHearts - 02-26-2017

I have one question on the healing aspect Chaos, when you say it's healed, how do you know it's healed, did you checked the pain alone or other things too?
As a comparison I think it's pretty easy to remove pain with a professional hypnotist but it doesn't mean it's healed, it means you don't feel the pain anymore. From I remember MHS have pain removal too, so I would guess for MHS it would be faster to remove the pain but it wouldn't mean it's healed yet, the amount of pain isn't an accurate way to determine how damaged/healed something is, especially when you are using tools like subliminal or hypnosis.
I just read that whole thread from the beginning and the way you are writing it to me I was understanding "no pain" equals "healed", is my interpretation correct or not?

Quote:I hopped out of bed, grabbed my stuff and took off for the wooded trail. It wasn't until about a mile or two in that I realized... that I had no knee pain. At all. In EITHER knee. I almost broke into tears on the spot. I've suffered from this knee pain for years, constantly downing tons of aspirin just to get through the day. And now, for it to be gone -- especially after yesterday's Muay Thai workout -- is absolutely astounding.

A little bit of pain has started to manifest, but it's very light and it's NOWHERE like it was before. I'd say that my left knee is 90-100% healed and my problem knee -- the right knee -- is at 70-80%.

On the shill drama, I don't think you are lying about your journals, though I have no way to be sure about that but most of your journals seems accurate to me.

I just spent the last two hours roundhouse kicking the shit out of a hard, 200lb Muay Thai heavy bag.

Pre-MHS, I couldn't throw a single kick without intense pain and leg weakness.

I'm not going to get an X-Ray or anything else to "prove" it's healed when I can easily see and feel the difference. And the pain removal isn't a general anesthetic, according to Shannon, it kicks in only when something's being healed. So, either way, the healing is legit.

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - JackOfHearts - 02-26-2017

I have heard cyclists using hypnosis to remove pain and the feeling of being tired. They could go on and on, did things they never did, but they fu** up their body as they didn't know when to stop anymore.
Shannon also said to be cautious and don't overwork yourself because you are using MHS.
Didn't you get your hand/wrist in a bad state because you were careless to begin with?

Edit: I'm not saying your body wasn't healed as I have no way to know

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - chaosvrgn - 02-27-2017

Stop concern trolling, bro.

No, my wrist WAS in bad shape (thanks MHS) because I'm a martial artist and I've been punching things for over a decade. And thanks to MHS, I'll be punching things until I die.

HAHA I'm feeling this now massively

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - JackOfHearts - 02-27-2017

I'm not trolling, just trying to understand if you are really healed or if it's mostly pain removal. I think it's a genuine question and not trolling. Guys are so sensitive about questions this days, they often take it as a personal attack.

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - chaosvrgn - 02-27-2017

Well, as far as I know, these subs don't use hypnosis.
Hypnosis doesn't account for feeling the energy flooding, the increased appetite, the slow progression of progress rather than an instant jump, etc.

I have no definite proof to show you, but all evidence points to healing.

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - Shannon - 02-27-2017

Hypnosis and subliminals are not the same thing. Hypnosis relies on the conscious mind to a significant degree. Subliminals completely bypass it, and if it gets involved at all, it's from the direction of the subconscious. Not the other way around, as with hypnosis.

You can subliminalize a hypnosis script and (sometimes) have it "work", depending on the script. But sometimes, you'll also get a reversed effect.

I use state shifting in these programs since 5.5G, but hypnosis is more than just a state shift. It's the conscious use of the conscious and subconscious mind to direct intentional change within the conscious and subconscious self, whereas going through the same general states while you are falling asleep is not a directed endeavor and has a different effect and result. State shifting through my subs is designed to enhance and facilitate the success of the sub, by bringing your conscious mind to the right place to make the sub most effective. Hypnosis uses conscious state shifting to make the access to the subconscious work. So the two are using similar methods, but in reversed ways.

The pain relief in MHS is minor. It's aimed at being the equivalent of aspirin or tylenol. It would not explain Chaos' results.

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - chaosvrgn - 02-27-2017

Day 28:

It seems that people are consciously finding reasons to resist their subs. Two months ago, I could barely walk up or down a flight of stairs without my knees being in intense, crippling pain. I had to down 2-3 Goody powders just to make it through boxing class. As of today, I've been officially invited to join the local MMA fight team, sponsored by UFC gym. I've been attending the place for two weeks, but the coaches noticed my dedication to martial arts (I show up every day, taking all three classes -- BJJ, Muay Thai and MMA). Means I get to train with UFC and kickboxing pros and possibly have some fights later this year.

From near crippled to emerging fighter. In one month. And what happens? 360 gets up here and suggests that it's placebo from HYPNOSIS. HYPNOSIS? WTF did that even come from? It can't be that the sub really is THAT awesome if you'd STFU and just let it do it's work.

No. It's hypnosis or placebo. But whatever. Ya'll do ya'll and enjoy substandard results.

ANYWAY, I'm reaching "Wolverine healing" status now. I'm able to workout extremely hard 3-4 days in a row with minimal DOMS or any kind of over training syndrome. I mean, VERY minimal. Like, Saturday's conditioning workout was as hard as my 1st degree black belt test, and I got right back up on Sunday and went hard as hell in Muay Thai. Then, got up today and went to the MMA tryouts, which was meant to make you feel like sh*t. Will be going to BJJ and MT tomorrow morning too.

DAT F*CKIN' MHS LIFE, B*TCHES. BE LIKE ME.

Now, here's where the weird stuff comes in that I won't actually care if you discount because it sounds odd. I'm starting to develop some kind of... ESP or psychic awareness or some shit. It's really weird. I think it's the result of my physical brain being healed, but there's DEFINITELY something going on here. I mentioned this before, but I'm able to sense what people are thinking -- especially while sparring. Seems like it manifests most when I'm really tired or any kind of situation where heightened emotions are involved. Could this be the bed mastery stuff in DMSI, manifesting in a different manner?

Understand, it's not like I'm hearing their thoughts -- it's more like... being able to tell where the cold wind is blowing as it moves across your body, so you turn your back against the wind to brave it. Or, feeling an "awareness" when someone's looking at you... even if it's in their MIND'S EYE.

That happened today. The cute black chick I mentioned in an earlier journal came in for her MT class. She tried her best to avoid locking eyes with me. I thought I was being ghosted, until I noticed she kept peeking at me. She stood beside me for almost ten minutes wrapping her hands and doing other things (it doesn't take that long), then finally got right in front of me and started doing stretches, which conveniently meant showing me her ass.

I had just finished that MMA tryout class, so I was exhausted and wasn't looking, but I could FEEL her peeking at me. I finally looked up and caught her staring, DIHL while she did this stretch that required her to open her crotch in my direction. She realized what she was doing, jumped up and ran to the heavy bag.

F*ckin' DMSI.
Or is it, DAT F*CKIN' MHS LIFE?

... rofl hypnosis.

I have a theory that women can sense how healthy a man is, just not by his muscles and such, but maybe a healthy man lets off a certain pheromone that signals his high health. There's a woman at my new job that gives me DIHL (actually, a number of women) every time they see me. Crazy.

This is very true, human reproduction's #1 goal is to produce offspring that will survive, the #2 goal is to produce offspring that will attract others and be able to create more offspring.

http://www.livescience.com/18568-immune-system-male-attractiveness.html

There was a study that had women smell mens shirts who were very low in vitamin d which is essential to thousands of mechanisms in the body and the women had to rate the attractiveness of the small. Only 1 out of 9 or 10 guys was deemed attractive based on his leftover scent.

They put the guys on prescription vitamin d for 3 months and then had the same women smell the shirts again, this time 7 of them were rated as attractive. Dave Asprey mentioned this way back when he first got started, that one of the first things he noticed externally from his "bio hacking" with supplements and such as that he began getting more female attention. He dismissed it as just increased confidence about his health but a few years later the papers on MHC and immune system being responsible for attraction and he made the link between health and sexiness.

RE: 30 Days of MHS 5.5g - JackOfHearts - 02-28-2017

I didnt use the word placebo chaos, it was a genuine question, now I know the pain removal is minimal so its not possible anymore. See its good to ask question, yes it was a question not a suggestion.
Just so you know I wanted to check because Im also using MHS, not because I want to disprove your results, I actualy prefer than you are healed and its not pain removal. Because it means I can get healed too.

Quote:It seems that people are consciously finding reasons to resist their subs.

I wouldn't say consciously, more subconsciously.

I want DMSI to work, but one pattern that has been long standing seems to be "I start getting attention > i'm like "oh this is good" > when I start to notice it some fear or something kicks in and derails it and it disappears."

It's not conscious but it's a pattern I know well and that i'm even aware of when it's happening but I can't seem to consciously stop it.

Well, here's to V3.1 helping you stop that cycle.
