Can you stop listening to a sub and restart again without negative effects? - Simon - 06-08-2016

Hi,

I've done EPHRA for 6 months and now I'm listening to EPHRA 2.0 for around 2 months. However, last 7 days I didn't listen to the sub at all..

Can I just restart and will my subconscious continue where I was left?
Since I heard some theories that the longer period you listen to EPHRA, the deeper you will go and more deep issues will have a change to heal.

Would it be true that I've gone quite deep with my 8 months of EPHRA, but that I'm now back on the surface, because of the 7 days without exposure?

Does it take another 8 months to get back at the same deep level I was before my pause of 7 days without exposure?

Or does my subconscious just continue with the deep issues that are left, when I start listening to the subs again (which I've done today).

Anybody knows how this works?

it comes back where you were, the difference is that during the resting period your mind was probably still working on the sub, (processing the input) so you probably got even better.

When you listen to a sub you learn things unconsciously, those thing stay with you so the more you use the better you get. If you listen 6 month and stop the 6th month what you have done isn't going to disappear like that.
