It's now much more like an intelligent self contained goal seeking missile that locates it's target, finds whatever the best way to get to and achieve it is, and then uses that method and path to do exactly that without ever missing the target no matter what.

It may not get to the target as fast as 1.0, but it will always get to the target and it will always achieve it's goal.
