I've tested with freequensee and it spikes just under the 20k mark @ -60 DB is this ok I wonder?

-55 to -65 is pretty much what most people will want for where they are listening.

Okay nice, cheers.

I'm curious, on freequensee it peaks just under 20khz is this the limit of your subliminals' frequency? Or perhaps it's the limit of the Ipod?

In Frequensee, you should be seeing a peak at 17.5khz. As long as you have that, and the volume is set right, and it's silent and not making any scratchy staticky noises, you're cool.

Ipods can play up to 20,000khz, so that should be fine, it's got a bit of buffer.

Great, thanks for the clarification. I hear screeching noise but not static but I'm only 20, my parents say they can't hear anything at all so I presume this is just my sensitive hearing. I also hear nothing when volume is lower so it's all good.

RE: OGSF 5G - AlphaScorpio - 05-13-2016

Switched to EHPRA 2.0 about 2-3 ish weeks ago.

Definitely going to run this sub for 6 months at least.

some changes since starting EHPRA 2.0

-Moved out of parents house into a room rent
-Got 2 sources of part time work (construction and labor jobs)
-Shopping for food, cooking, cleaning and doing laundry
-More courage to do things that frighten me
-less resistance to life in general (My father even noticed this himself, saying there was a "shift" in me.)
-Changes are happening more naturally, without as much self sabotage.
-Increase in taking responsibility
-Becoming more organized, bought a planner and have started making small goals for each day

Something I find interesting and worth noting is that I still feel fear, anxiety and stress but the way I choose to respond to those feelings are different, I take responsibility and courage instead of procrastinating or avoiding.

Using ultrasonic at night for 8-10 hours and 1-2 hours of masked during day.

Positive stuff is happening, I'm on a trajectory and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

Cheers, Dan

Awesome man, that's definately awesome changes. Were you struggling to do those things before the program? Mainly move out and get jobs as those seem like the biggest changes.

RE: EHPRA 2.0 - AlphaScorpio - 05-14-2016

Yeah I was, there was a lot of fear and resistance towards becoming independent and creating my own life but towards the end of my OGSF 5g run I started to make small shifts in my thinking patterns but still I felt reisistant to making the changes happen - EHPRA is where I took my opportunities instantly as they came along with no second thought or much resistance at all (jobs, moving out etc.)

RE: EHPRA 2.0 - AlphaScorpio - 07-04-2016

Been doing E2 for about 2 and a half months.

I have nearly no desire to post about how it's changed me but I'll just say this - It has changed me without a doubt.

I have been following the MSI progress and journals and while it looks great and exciting I have no desire to run any attraction sub until I am satisfied that I am self-actualized and really becoming my own man.

I have noticed that I have had little bursts of desire to run AM6 again (which I didn't enjoy at all), could this possibly be E2 nudging me on to something it thinks could help me?

I'm still aiming for 6 months of E2 but if AM6 desire gets stronger I'll probably take it as an indicator to move on.
