I've been thinking of it for a while especially after reading some interesting research showing weightlifters experiencing significant gains when given a placebo (they were told they were taking an anabolic steroid). If that doesn't prove that how powerful the mind is then I don't know what else can!

Anyway, the Maximum Recovery sub could either be a standalone or perhaps included in the Ultimate Martial Artist sub. Or perhaps an all encompassing fitness based subliminal aimed at maximum recovery from exercise and exercise motivation?

Love the idea of a max recovery sub. Especially for lifters like myself who are cutting

How about we make a all in 1 fitness sub. It will provide add on support for weight-lifters, martial artists, and all kinds of athletes, making sure they have the max agility, power, endurance, reflex, recovery, mental toughness, and athletic intelligence?

As a MMA practitioner myself I strongly request this sub to be created. Day-1 purchase also. So this one will be for the athletes.

+1 If you agree.

Can't wait to become the next Anderson Silva. Cool

Definately for a bodybuilding one, but i'm not sure it could cover everything like you suggest without being too watered down since each requires a specific type of fitness.

One that can help me be more dedicated, focused, motivated, stronger, recover quicker, build more and maintain muscle while getting ripped and importantly helping absorb loose skin because i've lost alot of weight would be awesome.

Another good part would be helping to relax and loosen the body somehow if possible as I get alot of tightness and soreness. Would MHS help with something like that Shannon? Some of it may be from old injures even I guess.

Also, state shifting technology for maximum fearlessness and mental / physical quickness while sparring, while maximizing gains (of any sort, muscular, emotional, etc.) when training.

My mouth is drooling right now.

Hey Shannon (or anyone who has experience doing this), does Quantum Jumping work? It's a visualization and meditation technique that allows you to get advice from a version of yourself from an alternate universe where they have accomplished what you want already.

I've did this in lucid dreams a while ago, was weird seeing myself with a wife and 2 kids.

How long did it take you to get that skilled in LD?

Interesting. Did you get any advice from that alternate you?

It seems like practicing WILD is the fastest way to lucid dream (like being able to do it on your first or second try). I've been trying to just do it by becoming aware whenever I do have the dream. But even the couple of times I did realize I was dreaming, I couldn't change or control it. It just became much more vivid.

I've been avoiding WILD because I didn't want to get stuck in sleep paralysis doing this process. It can be extremely unpleasant if this happens from what I've read.

MHS is going to have a sub-module designed to cause you to relax to whatever degree and in whatever way is most necessary and beneficial for maximum healing speed.

It can work, if you have the right circumstances and skills. But it requires a lot of time spent practicing focus, meditation, self awareness, visualization, heightened awareness, temporal awareness and for some people, out of body travel.

Most people never succeed, and for those who do, it's a challenge sometimes to separate fantasy from reality, which is why all the other stuff is necessary. None of it does you any good if you "succeed" only to later find that your success was purely imaginary, influenced by conscious desires and expectations into being useless.

Didn't take long, it was fairly simple too. Just ask your dream self to show you a version of yourself in an alternate universe, but you can be more specific with it, like if you were a celebrity or anything you can think of.

I don't remember. It was more of a passing by experience and I didn't try to control it too much, just observe seeing myself completely out of my usual character.

I do WILD when I randomly wake up in the middle of the night so I can just sort of fall into a lucid dream and then chain them into 5-10 lucid dreams.
Sleep paralysis can be scary the first time, but when you realize that you are having a sleep paralysis you can then transform it into a lucid dream.

Anyway I don't really do much lucid dreaming at the moment since my focus is on other things, I do still have them occasionally, but not nearly as often as when I intentionally planned to have them.

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - RTBoss - 03-28-2016

I purchased some galantamine last week to help induce LDs, and instead got a full blown OBE on the first try the other night. Pretty cool experience.

I'm going to combine it with Alpha GPC and some green tea extract.
