Maxx, EHPRA 2.0 is going to be epic. Covering fear, guilt, shame, anger, stress, and emotional issues including sexual issues? Seems like a no-brainer. Oh, and don't forget the surprise. Whatever that is!

Seeing as how this one sub woks on destroying basically every roadblock to future success (subliminal or not) it'd make sense to do it in almost every situation a person is in.

ERPHA 2 is actually my most anticipated sub, aside from upcoming 6g titles. It could really help a lot of people

I was curious, if CatMan used EPRHA 2.0 solo instead of alternating between OF5G and EPRHA 2.0, how much longer would it take to eliminate that fear? I'm just looking for a guestimate.

I would guess 2-3 times as long. Then again, it could be releieved faster if the fear is an outgrowth of something emotional that is healed by EHPRA 2.0. It could go either way - I don't know. Which is why I suggested that approach.
In regards to my situation,

there are some things that trigger fear in me, but it's like only specific circumstances. Hanging with friends, I feel more confident and bold than I do by myself, I feel it and I express myself more. If I go to talk to a girl I'm attracted to, I may feel a bit nervous, but it goes away in 5 minutes after I do it. My main thing is fear of dealing with the people in some of my required classes. I feel guilt and shame about not having friends in some classes when everyone is talking to each other, and I'm afraid of what they'll think since they don't see me talking to anyone. (of course, I've tried to start some convos, doesn't work in the class and only that class). I also probably have some fear towards sex because of past experiences and I guess I could say I have a more difficult time expressing myself sexually.

I guess Shannon what I'm asking here is do you still recommend EPRHA 2.0 for me like you did a few weeks ago? I just wanted to give you some more information to see if you hold steady on your recommendation. Aside from the fear issues specified, I know EPRHA 2.0 should handle the rest in a timely manner, but I'm still willing to run it for a year if need be.

Also, since EPRHA 2.0 is supposed to transform anger into something useful, would it be beneficial for me to avoid tapping out anger? (I know there's plenty of it in there)

Thanks!

Yes I do.

I suggest letting the subliminal do it's job. If you tap it out, why bother with the sub? Besides, it's designed to actually transform anger into something positive it can use to help you heal, regenerate and improve yourself.

Yes. It works on self esteem, self respect, self worth, self validation, self confidence, self image, and selfie taking.

Just kidding about the selfie taking. Although I do think taking selfies is ridiculous.

Long ago, it was suggested that one could transition from EHPRA 1.0 to EHPRA 2.0 without a break between with no repercussions. With all the work that has gone into 2.0 since then, does this still hold?

Thanks

Absolutely. But you'd better have a neck brace handy, cause it's gonna be a jump to light speed.

WANTED: Attract Your Perfect Financially Wealthy Romantic Lover Who Shares Her Money With You 5G

MYP Stunningly Beautiful and Gorgeous Girlfriend is much more in demand.

(I say beautiful & gorgeous because beautiful usually refers to the face, and gorgeous refers to the body, so... covering both of those)

beautiful and gorgeous refer to whatever your personal definition refers them to. For me, beautiful can refer to any part or collection of parts, or the whole, of a woman. So can gorgeous. For me, gorgeous is simply a superlative form of beautiful.

So I've been thinking about this one based on my growth since suggesting this subliminal and I'm wondering if status anxiety is dealt with in AM. I've found that my own desire for money and beautiful women comes from wanting external symbols of being high status. This probably comes from wanting to be high status in high school and never getting over it.

Status anxiety is just like any other anxiety; it's just a fear that has a specific direction. It's just a fear.

And fear is dealt with in AM6.

And increasing one's status is also dealt with in AM6.

So yes. It is, in those ways.

What about transcending status such that status is no longer an insecurity. Is that a goal of AM6?
