EPRHA = Hammer? - brightike - 06-21-2014
For Shannon and other EPRHA users. Is EPRHA a blanket sub for the removal of all of your past garbage.(relationship, childhood, ex-military blah, etc.)?

I found that EPRHA vrought up and helped me face a ton of issues ive had. Some of them once vrought to light have been faced and then moved on from. Others have become more easily recognizable so they can be dealt with better. Like for example i still find myself having fears from time to time, but when they come up i look at it and can say is this reasonable, why am i afraid. For me it ended the too scared to make a choice, and the frozen in fear modes i had. Now i find myself attacking the roots of the fear from a more intellectual standpoint. If its something to worry about i fix what the cause is, if it isnt i dismiss the fear through showing its not logical. EPHRA definitely can be a rough ride at times. I am about the point of no longer noticing anything new but you are welcome to check out my journal and see what i went through.

I really like the sound of this program, it's good some of this is in AM6.

Between the description and the title, that pretty much describes what it's designed to do. If it generated emotional damage, emotional pain, guilt, shame or fear, then this program should be very helpful in dealing and healing.
