By chance a close friend of mine checked my blood pressure it was extremely high !.

Looking to change my diet and do more cardiovascular stuff...will get my blood sugar levels checked tommorow to

Spent time researching how to reduce my blood
pressure naturally. Planning to see a doctor tomorow. Is the universe giving me early warning signs to look after my health ? Was this because of AMS ? Anyway put together a list of herbs I need to purchase.

26 days stage 2

Booked appointment to go and see a doctor tomorrow for a checkup

Did some research on natural supplements to control high blood pressure purchased the following

1. Raw garlic capsules
2. Omega 3 capsules
3. Q10 Coenyzme

Stood upto one of my co workers today who was given me grief. I felt myself getting alittle nervous inside and tremble but I told him too act in a more professional manner and if he did not stop ranting and raving I would refuse to talk to him. I left the room as he continued to rant.

Felt down in the dumps today. For some reason I just felt things were just not going the way I wanted them to go. Neverthless I picked myself up and got down to the gym working on cardiovascular exercises like jogging followed up by some light dead lifts.

Reached end of stage 2

SUMMARY

Stage 1 = Got rid of my love of porn and masturbating felt more relaxed
Stage 2 = Felt angry down in the dumps felt like I had made no progress with this stage dont feel any more alpha feel the like the same person. I even lost my temper a few times with people.

Pskilou will be good to hear about your progress I really havent gained anything from stage 2 it seemed a waste.

Hey man,
You said in another post you haven't noticed any progress.

But to me, this is blaringly obvious after reading this (not trying to make you feel bad, it's hard to see change in ourselves at times).

Stage 1 - Good result.. giving up porn is a big one.

And what you are seeing in Stage 2 is proof it is working. That is an important part of the early stages, you start to get angry at people who are manipulating you/pushing you around/whatever.. it's part of building the assertiveness. I went through this and helped me to be much more respected and treated better, it smooths out later in the program.

After using Alpha 2011 and 5.0 I know that is part of the program. Wink

I dont have positive feedbacks to give thor2014.
I am on day 18 stage 2.
Yesterday I broke my nofap, first time since I started the AM6 program (so 50days). It was not an urge like if I was really horny and had to jerk off but more I was feeling down and thinking about the girls opportunities that I missed or that I could not close, yesterday I started back online dating on a new website, then had a friend telling me his successes with girls (bastard). So after all that I was quite down and I dont know exactly what happened even if not horny I wanted to jerk. Firsr time since beginning of AM6.
I still procrastinate big time, I am working on a few things work wise, and health wise. But I dont embrace everything and it is quite painful to work on these.
I had a MILF hooking on me yesterday in a bar, but I dont see it as a major achievement. As I am not so much into milfs, and I could not approach the girls I wanted in the venue.
it does annoy me that there are a few places I want to go but, I am too scared, insecure to go there on my own.
Relation in work, I am not really more assertive or more efficient or more liked lol.
The only "good" things is I realised that I got false believes on a few things:
- colleagues are not friends
- friends have their own issues and sometimes they are not reliable. which is annoying because sometimes I want to have some help that they are not able to provide.
- I cannot blame people to not be for me like I expect them to.
- On a low level: there are things that need to be done in my life.
- On a low level: I use strategy on a few areas of my life: work, family and friends.

So at the end I failed the nofap, changed a few beliefs, I feel (more?) deeply insecure and that lead me to stay as an ermit even if I want to experience new places, talk to pretty girls Smile ( I dont really want to socialise with men or average ladies).

But I dont plan to stop anything before end of stage3 Smile
