Hi Shannon,
Got a question from somebody and i'm not sure about the answer.
Is it okay to use it over 30 minutes? What would the effect be to listen for an hour or longer?

You can use it for more than 30 minutes, but as with all BWE, usage is limited if you don't want to train your brain to stay there all the time. The effects do not deepen after they reach impact, and there will be no hangover, but again, no more than an hour a day, preferably in 2x30 min chunks, to prevent training your brain to stay there all the time.
