Hey,

I've been looking at hypnosis tracks as perhaps a supplement to subliminal training and just out of curiosity. Earlier in the decade I used some products by Hypnotica after reading about him in Neil Strauss's book The Game. I brought Sphinx of the Imagination but it didn't really work for me; I found it hard to go to sleep with.

So I was wondering what do you guys think about the other 'mind programming' techniques and have they worked for you?
Hey man,
Shannon doesn't recommend using other methods with subliminals as they can conflict and take away from it. This seems to happen even more with 5.5g as it requires alot of mind processing power.

Aside from that using them by themselves, I used The Sphinx of Imagination years ago.. can't really remember what I noticed past interesting things while listening to it. I'm curious about Masculine Matrix but haven't got around to trying it.
