Hi, guys, pretty new here. I apologize in advance as this is going to be a very lengthy post?

So, I have just started on a nofap journey which will probably last for 1 year or a bit more. In the meantime I'm working on as much as possible on myself and whatever I have control over. My aim is to get as much pleasure out of this life eventually after a 1-year abstinence, with sexual pleasure being the main part (while not neglecting self-improvement and betterment). I'm more into punting than picking up girls in public, so I plan on doing this with high-class escorts and private masseurs regularly, more than approaching random girls (but this may change, as this may be just due to fear of going out there and meeting women, or having unrealistic standards).

I suspect that I will have huge resistances to the subs, as I had to undergo hallucinations, several periods of depression, massive hatred despite NLP, visualization, self-improvement practices, etc. to get to a point where I was humble enough to start taking control of my life at a much much more down-to-earth level. And even now I'm still kinda lazy, bit moody, anxious, and highly sensitive. So yeah, I still have a lot of issues. Except with self-discipline.

With those in mind, which programs should I start with, with the eventual goal of having crazy, passionate, uninhibited sex eventually after 1 year hopefully? Don't worry, I'm not neglecting self-betterment, but I want to get as much sexual pleasure out of life as much as possible before I get too old (I'm 29).

Just bought DMSI but seriously reconsidering listening to it, after reading through the forums about it not working for some people, the resistances, etc. If nothing works, I'll just consider artificial pheromones lol...

Thanks
You say you're going to pay for it.. so what's the problem, you don't 'need' any program.

I'm 1/3rd of the way through Alpha Male 6 and then I'm planning on doing DMSI.
You have tons of life ahead of you, relax. If you want women now and right now run DMSI. If you want to get rid of all the negativity within you, negative beliefs and emotional trauma use Universal Detox. E2 is way too slow and is a motivation destroyer.
Most likely DMSI for what you say.

BUT.. with the other things you report i'm not so sure. E2 may be better because it is more gentle and just focused on healing. Because you've mentioned things such as hallucinations and depression and that sounds pretty bad. In that case i'd even say you'd be better off seeing a professional than trying to us subliminals.

E2 may be slower but it does have a distinct effect, though it is subtle. The lack of motivation part is a little annoying though.

Bolded things in your text that I base the following on:
  • You seem very directed toward sexual pleasure. Is this caused by your current no-fap, or is this indulging in fantasies and focus on sexual pleasure something that take up most of your time and future goals on a regular basis? In that case this is a sign of inbalance in you, as sex should have a place in our daily lives, but not take up all of your time. This will probably be worked out over time by following the recommendation further down.
  • Sounds like you are still suffering a bit from the effects from your depressions. Sensitivity, anxiousness, etc. I would say that much of this can be overcome with a few simple tools into a daily routine.
  • Do you work out? How is your body feeling? Good health? Eating good?

Things that I would recommend starting to do daily:
  • Wim-Hof routine
  • Meditation
  • Trauma releasing exercises
  • Going to the gym and train core-exercises a couple of days a week
  • Some cardio where you get to work up your pulse a couple of days a week.

GL with your nofap. I'm 1 year in and don't watch porn anymore Smile
Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll be reporting my experiences whenever I can (unless I get into a rut and stop listening, which would happen often when I used to be into remote viewing guided audios due to resistance and laziness).

Just to clarify: So I just pick one track out of 3.1A and listen to it twice a day back to back for one month? Or can I use 2 tracks and listen to them both (which would count as two loops for the day)? Can I listen to one in the morning, then another one in the afternoon? Or should it be the same track?........
Just don't want to make any mistakes here.

Also looking forward to v3.2 so I'll be doing my best to give as much constructive feedback and opinion as much as possible. Not guaranteed though, as I tend to give up repeatedly when I dedicate myself to something.

Thanks!

P.S. I'm thinking of becoming a more well-rounded person when it comes to being with women, so I would have gone with AM then WM/SM (still might be a bit of a jump for someone who has never initiated a convo with a random girl since elementary school) but since I bought this one first, and I dont want to spend too much money this week, I might give this one a serious go before the other subs.
Run A 2 loops every day for 32 days. Then go over to B. Listen the loops back to back. I go with my gut instinct/subc and go over those 2 loops. If you feel doing more then 2 loops increase graduately. From the get go I ran 2 loops only to jump to 4 loops shortly after. Depends on the person. Its all good.
Thanks for the reply.

Btw wouldn't it be necessary to have a good foundation before starting DMSI for scrubs like me? Start off with the AM series then WM/SM, or maybe something even more basic? Or is there a good chance this would still work, provided I'm not a complete slob and/or deformed?
I ran AM6 twice before running DMSI, my instinct is saying to still go for it. DMSI is very profound in its clearing. You can run DMSI right now. AM6/SM3 isnt required for running it. Shannon's tech works.

Any kind of base is an advantage of course, but it's not needed for DMSI like it is for SM or WM.

DMSI can be standalone and also contains healing and clearing to clear out what is in the way of achieving the goals of the program.
