That's great news that you've in good progress for stopping p&m, I don't know the logic behind the semen retention and it's correlation with manifestation, but, in my reality, the more you could control the retention, the subs are more likely in manifestation mode.

Thanks for the kind words.  I'm not sure what changed exactly, but I really feel a change in my energy and mindset.  Something like stopping pmo just feels easy now.  I've always been lazy with working out as well and now I just can't seem to stop.  Maybe its the endorphins from working out, maybe its the subs, maybe its the mindset changing videos I'm watching.  Maybe it's my relationship break up fueling all of this self growth all at once.

I'm not sure what it is, but I've become very at peace with everything. I know everything I want will come to me, it's just a matter of time.  It's already mine.  Whether it be the body, the money, the car, the girls. It's all mine.  

It's taken me forever to realize this, but I always do best when I make positive assumptions.  I wanted a new car and bought it before I got a good paying job with the assumption that the job would be there when I needed it. What happened? I got the job within a few months.  I met a girl I liked and assumed she was completely in love with me. What happened? she was obsessed.

I never picked up on it until I started watching the mindset training videos, but I'm trying to get myself into that state all the time.  It's a very comfortable and calming state.  Ultimate confidence is one way I would describe it.

Got excited for the launch of stage 4 and realized I hadn't contacted @Benjamin to fix my account yet. Just sent a message in the store now to fix it.

Started stage 4 last night, did 8 loops of ultrasonic. Lol

Let's see how my brain handles it. As of right now I feel fine, slightly energized. Not extremely tired or drowsy as I usually am after starting a new stage.

Lately I've been getting into manifestation and law of attraction topics. After going through dozens of standard Loa and guided meditations I stumbled upon the teachings of Neville Goddard. Basically he suggests using your imagination to envision yourself having everything you desire, and repeat it so many times that you can see it in your mind as vividly as real life and then live as if it's already happened. Don't worry about the why or how, just live as if the wish has been fulfilled.

Not sure if this is working against the sub, but I do feel a great deal of change in my mindset

Neville Goddard and Joseph Murphy are the GOAT teachers of manifestation / Law of attraction.
I remember Shannon said in a post visualisation as a means of manifestation is extremely powerful if done right, it works faster than a subliminal. A sub is more convenient and requires no work.

Still doing a lot of research into Neville Goddard and using imagination and visualization to manifest the life I want to have which includes a lot of wealth.

I'm still completely blown away and mystified how I managed to quit porn and masterbation. Like I almost have zero urge to back to it. And I also have almost no side effects or withdrawals like I usually do when I try to quit. Something really is different in my brain now. I know this addiction has hurt all of my previous relationships in someway. It's always been a source of guilt and shame for two thirds of my life. So this is a major victory for me. It's probably been 2 weeks already and I honestly feel like I could go forever. It's not even any effort because there's no urge to fight

I think my previous record was 30-45 days. But that was a really big struggle with tons of urges and relapses.

That sounds like the program has worked you through the reason behind the pron/masturbation.  It's almost always the response to a deep fear that the subconscious is trying to cause you to escape, waste time in, drain you of the energy to do whatever it is afraid of and distract you with pleasure.  So perhaps the FRM has helped you clear away the root fear?

You do not seem to have understood what I was saying.  I said it CAN work faster than a subliminal.  There are reasons why it might work faster or slower than a subliminal.  Also, a subliminal requires no conscious effort.

A properly done visualization can achieve a completed result in weeks or days - even hours under some rare circumstances.  It will depend on the user, the amount of specificity, the amount of focus, the amount of passion, the amount of energy, the amount of emotional involvement, and what must be accomplished to achieve the result.  It usually takes me about 1-2 weeks to achieve goals this way. 

But sometimes, the goal can require a long chain of events take place before it can happen, which may "work in 2 weeks" for the first step in the chain, but require months or in rare cases even years to finish achieving the entire chain of required events.  For example, if you visualize a great relationship with your ideal natural platinum blonde woman, she may have to get divorced, move, find job and start attending a specific social gathering before she is ready to meet you.  That could require 8 months or more.

If you don't have enough energy or passion, or otherwise don't do it right, it might not work at all.

Likewise, while this will not be easily done or common with the next generation of manifestation subliminals I release, it is relatively common for people to sabotage the results of the current 5G manifestation subs out of fear of their goal coming true for whatever ridiculous "I'm gonna die!" fear based reason.

I agree, it could be the FRM doing it's thing.  Or maybe it's just the sub trying to gather more energy to accomplish something else, and cancelling the pmo would provide that energy and motivation.

I honestly think I have or had a fear of success.  From a young age parent's always viewed money as a limited resource and something only bad people had.   Money is something other people had, never us.  More success means more money, more spotlight, more attention, more scrutiny,  more judgement from others.  Hopefully I'm on the way to eliminating this as well, if it isn't already gone.

I'm still pushing forward with the Neville Goddard techniques.  I think I've narrowed down the visualization and techniques to the specific goals I want to achieve.  I'm noticing a positive change in attitude in myself since starting this.

Just realized, that now since UMSV2 is finally complete I'm probably going to be coming to the forums less. DMSI is intriguing to me but I'm getting this avalanche started for UMS. Women will follow naturally lol.

I've jumped in deep with the Neville Goddard stuff. I can honestly say that I'm feeling some kind of mental change inside. Things that I once considered as absolute are no longer so. I'm trying a few different techniques and repeating them daily.
I'm visualizing the end goal in the first person view and it seems that I can easily enter the "State akin to sleep". I would say its one degree less than lucid dreaming. I'm writing and reciting statements from the end goal and feeling the visualisations as realistically as possible from the end goal looking back.

There are a few other techniques and methods that I've used but those two are the ones that I'm using consistently and with emphasis.

This has been one hell of a year for me, in all aspects of life. I'm looking forward to the memories of this journey.
